Whether you are coming for our beaches, the Jacksonville Jaguars football games, Florida/Georgia game, the Player’s Championship, a special event concerts and entertainment venue, we are here for your comfort. Air conditioing and multiple ceiling fans will keep you cool in the Florida summer, couches for everyone to stretch out and take a nap or curl up with a good book. A large dining room for everyone to eat at or just sit at the kitchenette for a coffee. This is my childhood home. I grew up in this area, I went to school in this area, I still live in this area. When my parents decided to move on to a retirement community I decided to
offer it to others to enjoy as I have for so many years.

Why they chose this property

This area is great and offers a lot. Not far from the property is Blue Cypress Park which has a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, fishing dock, and a boardwalk along the St. Johns River. The Arlington Lions Club Boat Ramp is a great place to launch your boat. Fort Caroline National Memorial has hiking trails, nature walks and scenic overlooks.
