Chic hideaway in the centre of Kenmare


This newly renovated bright & airy house is in an exceptionally quiet location, 1 minute from town centre. It has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms. The living area is upstairs to take advantage of the intensity of light in this part of Kerry, with mountain & rooftop views. The garden is well equipped with BBQ & furniture. There are 2 bedrooms with super-king beds, which can be separated to singles. There is underfloor heating throughout, including bathrooms, with a stove in sitting room.
The space
The house has been entirely renovated to the highest standard in 2021, with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops. The bedrooms have natural goose-feather and down duvets with high quality bedding and towels. Both bathrooms are also finished to a high standard with power-showers, underfloor heating and heated mirrors to keep mist away. There is lots of original features and art work in the house as well as cosy chairs and throws, the perfect spot to sit back with a good book!

My son and I had a great stay at Leonie's home! Even better than the pictures, the whole place feels light and airy, with comfortable furnishings and beds. And the showers has great water pressure! The location couldn't be better... Quiet and peaceful, yet just a few minutes walk to the center of Kenmare. Highly recommend!!

Great family spot in Kenmare

We loved our stay at this property and wouln't hesitate to book it again the next time we visit. The property is located within walking distance of all of Kenmare's activities, restaurants, and shops. The kitchen is well-appointed and the bedrooms and bathrooms extremely comfortable. It truly felt like we were visiting our artistic aunt's house with beautiful art and attention to design in every room.

Excellent accommodations within walking distance to town. Very clean and comfortable. Had to call owner as key box code was accidentally omitted but she responded immediately. Fantastic to have washer/ dryer available on site. Would highly recommend!

So happy to have found this place!

Right near the heart of town but still quiet and residential. Clean, cozy. Just the kind of place in which we were happy to stay put if the weather didn't cooperate. Helpful info from the hosts. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely Location

This house was fantastic!! It was centrally located in Kenmare and convenient to restaurants, pubs and shopping. Also, I perfect to start driving the Ring of Kerry. It looks like it was recently renovated, which was nice. They also did a lovely job decorating. And there is nothing more to add, except heated floors!! Would definitely stay here again without thinking.

Clean, roomy, close to everything, good for those who like to cook. Had all the utensils, pots, cloth napkins we needed. Not always the case in other vrbo’s.

Well equipped spacious and modern home

Adorable townhome a block away from shops and restaurants. The house is tastefully decorated with lots of space. Bright and airy with lots of light!! Perfect for our family of 5. We had a couple minor electrical issues due to a storm and the host was extremely responsive and had everything resolved immediately. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, and besides the house being great, it was so well situated. It was so easy to go to town and back. The heart of this village is down a couple streets! Loved Kenmare. What a great town! Everything was effortless and easy. Check in went smooth and Leonie’s (spelling) communication was great. I would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to Kenmare. Girls trip

19 year old daughter and 68 year old sister in law came and met distant cousins and also did site seeing. The apt is just perfect. Everything new but with some antique pieces. Really spacious. Super land manager went out of their way to help us with an early check in. The area is so cute. We felt very safe. All the shops and pub are just around the corner but never head any noise at night!
