‘The Charleston’ welcomes you to a newly renovated, modern boho & coastal inspired beach home located just 7 mins walk from our door to the sand. Our unique Stock Tank Pool is the perfect addition to our beautiful, private backyard oasis.

The home is made to look like a dreamy designer house but with all the comforts of a cozy family home. We think you'll instantly feel right at home and everyone will sleep like a baby in comfortable beds.

We've recently redecorated every room in the house. Each room has it's own personality, but comfort and that sense of home is paramount in my design. We're so excited for our guests to enjoy The Charleston's fresh new look!

Quick bedroom breakdown: EVERY ROOM HAS COMFORTABLE BED! A great night's sleep is our first priority.

‘The Charleston’ is thoughtfully set up for large families, extended families, or groups of friends to hang out together and enjoy an open concept feel living area with wet bar/coffee bar complete with mini fridge and bar sink. We also have a spacious, fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking together with an attached dining nook. You can choose to enjoy your meals indoors or at the outdoor dining table in the large private backyard oasis. No details were overlooked in designing this space for your full enjoyment.

Jax beach is one of the last hidden gems of Florida, and from our home, you can fully enjoy it's laid-back charm w/ walkability to the BEACH, awesome LOCAL coffee, great dining, cute shops, and a wonderful park with brand new playground & turf field. The location is spectacular, really.

The backyard has a *STOCK TANK POOL* with a deck. It's such a cool spot to hang out, cool off and have some fun! It's perfect for all ages! It's perfect for adults to lounge, socialize and enjoy a cocktail, and for the kids of all ages to swim, splash and play games! It's a unique pool experience our guests are loving!

There is also a large patio with café lights, a brand new grill, outdoor dining table and chairs, and a seating area with comfy patio furniture. The backyard is large with plenty of open green space surrounded by mature landscaping making it a private oasis!

The house is a spacious split floorplan (one level) makes it perfect for large families, extend/multi- families or groups of friends with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms total. The master with ensuite includes a large jetted tub and separate large shower. We offer an oversized full kitchen, 3 dining areas (including the outdoor option), an office area, a cozy reading nook to enjoy a good book and your morning coffee. There's a large wet bar open to a wonderful, comfy living area with fireplace and Smart TV.

We know a good night sleep is most important, so all beds are selected for maximum comfort with 5 quality memory foam mattresses and 1 luxury pillow top mattress. Each bed has 2 different style sleeping pillows to achieve the perfect comfort level.

The kitchen is stocked with full service for 12 people, and plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, casserole dishes, and good knives to prepare meals for your group. We have salt, pepper, an array of spices, and olive oil. We also have plenty of coffee cups, wine glasses and champagne flutes. We've included a full set of plastic dinnerware for outdoor dining.

The house is family friendly with board games, puzzles and tons of books. We've recently added a crib that can be rolled into the second King bedroom. You’ll also find a additional pack’n’play, highchair, sippy cups and children's plates, bowls and utensils to accommodate your little ones.

We've focused the whole design to promote togetherness. All areas have been staged to encourage conversation and quality time spent together. We have intentionally designed the main living area with the TV to enjoy family movies and shows. There are not TVs in the bedrooms.

Are you staying a little longer and need to get in some work in with your play? Utilize our lovely desk set up for your laptop complete with USB plugs for accessories.

From our house, you can walk out the door and be at Jax Beach’s favorite local coffee spot (Bold Bean) in 3 minutes walking. And then carry on walking and be at the beach in 4 more minutes. (6-7 min total walk straight to the beach)
On the walk back from the beach, you can grab the perfect post beach snack: an acai bowl at another favorite local spot - Fla Juice & Bowls.
In the evening, you can walk to dinner at a number of restaurants including Casa Maria (local) that has a cool courtyard with outside seating or Bonefish grill for some of their bang bang shrimp!

There are also 5 clothing/accessory boutiques within a 4 min walk from the house.
