We booked this house to spend Christmas with our families and we had a wonderful time!
The place was bigger than the pictures had us think, it was decorated for Christmas, and it‘s really close to the Kimball Junction shops.
We will definitely look for this place if we have another larger family vacation.
The home was everything we thought it would be and more. The owners thought of everything! We'll definitely request this place when we come back next year.
We have stayed at several places in this community. This one was similar in size but had extra beds in some of the rooms, which we did not need but good to have if you expect extra guests. It was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the opportunity to stay here.
It was a very nice Condo in the middle of Park City. It had a nice pool for the kids and the personal jacuzzi was so nice. The rooms were comfy.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We hope the recent upgrades that included new carpet, a new gas Weber Genesis grill and a new dining table and chairs made your stay more enjoyable. We hope you can visit again soon.
Perfect location. Beautiful front yard. Just step out front door snow filled play area for the kids. Very close to Walmart. Short drive from salt lake airport. We enjoyed our stayed.
Enjoyed the place. All five of us got our own room and bed. The location was great with three minutes to the grocery store, five minutes to the ski rental store, and about ten minute drive to the Park City Canyons.
This place was workable for us. I do dislike how most places make it seem so Fabulous that when you walk in, you are a little bit disappointed - like the extra bedroom downstairs - kind of strange - like a small family room turned into bedroom with curtain as door - but we didn't need that extra room so didn't use. Few very minor things that needed repair but all in all worked out very well for our girls trip.

Glad to hear the property worked out very well for your girls trip. Yes, the downstairs den is considered the fifth bedroom and it has a full attached bath. Most guests really enjoy this room as it is separated from the rest of the living areas and is quite large. We hope you can visit again soon.
The location was great! Very close to SLC and a short drive to Park City. We should have checked on animals prior to our trip, as the rugs had lots of animal hair that bothered allergies. We tried sweeping and cleaning the rugs to help with itchy eyes. The main floor stayed pretty warm, which it was the middle of summer- but the upstairs unit could keep up- the main floor would be 10 degrees warmer than set temp. We called, but didn’t get much of a response. The pipes are a little noisy, especially for the person that rooms on the bottom level. Overall, we would stay again…would just ask a few extra questions before booking :)
This was the absolute perfect home for a 4th of July holiday weekend with our family. The kitchen was clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and snacks. The beds and rooms were comfortable and clean. We had adult children driving in from multiple locations to join us and we were able to park three vehicles in the garage and driveway area with no problem or extra charges (parking is an issue all over Park City so we appreciated this). The hot tub was brand new, clean, and we used it several times. There is a game closet stocked with games, pool towels and access to the larger pool and gym area. A beautiful walking and bike path runs through the resort and continues for several miles. We liked the location as we were close to eating establishments and the shopping outlets, but could drive and be at Historic Main Street in about 10 minutes. We have stayed in the Bear Hollow area several times and this home has been our favorite.
Very pleased with our stay. Clean, well kept, and updated. The bunk bed was a big hit with our kids and the large table made it easy to eat together. Kids loved the games available. Easy access to a ton of great outdoor activities in a great neighborhood with beautiful views. Only feedback is the grill was a little unkempt and missing the pilot button making it unusable and there was no travel crib as stated. Neither were major issues and as the title said, we would gladly stay again.
i would rent this property again, everything worked as described.

Disliked: Communication
Ski weekend
location was great. place was as listed. communication with manager prior to check it was horrible. Mulitple emails and texts with ZERO responses. I called directly and he was annoyed. Great place, but the property manager needs some work.
