Beautiful unit with everything you need for a great vacation! Unobstructed views of mountains, meadows, and the slopes round out this comfortable four bedroom, four bathroom, open tri-level townhouse, which is nestled at the base of the Wasatch Mountains in beautiful Park City.

After a day on the slopes, come home to a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. BROADBAND CABLE INTERNET ACTIVITY INCLUDING WIRELESS INTERNET PROVIDED. The living room has a *42' screen TV with VCR, DVD and stereo/CD player. There are 3 additional flat screen TVs in the master and lower bedrooms. The kitchen is tiled and completely stocked with all utensils, new stainless steel appliances, and cookware. The dining room will seat eight people and the breakfast bar seats four people. Private balcony with scenic view, an outside entrance for total privacy, and covered carport with two reserved parking spots.

All bedrooms have a private full bathroom. Main floor bath has Steamer shower which is so relaxing after a day on the slopes.

The townhouse is in Red Pine at the base of The Canyons Ski Resort. Red Pine is a large condominium complex with approximately 24 buildings. The complex is quiet, well maintained and secure. Itā€™s a short 2 minute walk to the clubhouse with an outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, and extra large indoor hot-tub available to you during your stay.

The Canyons Cabriolet or ā€œPeople Moverā€ is just 0.2 miles away from the townhouse, a quick 60 second drive! The free shuttle is only a 1 min walk from the unit. Three miles away is Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley is 5 miles away.

The pool hot tub area was very good and an easy walk! The sauna was also a great benifit. We had a fantastic trip. The snow was the worst in 20 years but Park City still did a great job getting as much terrain as possible open

Great location

Great location for a family to vacation together but spread out a little. We barely used our rental car as the village has a free shuttle that will pick you up right outside your door and drop you close to the gondola or transportation center. The owners were great to deal with. Would come again.

Great Get Away

Loved the condo. Well designed for family / cousins. Shuttle made it easy to the mountain. Bus made it easy to town. Owner was great to deal with and responded quickly to questions. Would highly recommend.

Great family stay close to the mountain

We had 2 families with a wide range of kids ages stay for a ski vacation. The property was clean, well maintained, well stocked with all the essentials and a perfect location close to the base of the canyons. The communications about the property were timely and thorough. We would be happy to stay again on our next trip to Park City. We had a wonderful trip- thank you!

Highly recommend condo!

Alexā€™s condo was awesome. It was within easy walking distance to Canyons lifts and community hot tub. We had a couple minor issues and communication with Alex was fast and very friendly. I would highly recommend her condo!

Great stay for ski trip to park city

We had a great stay for two families. The condo was clean and well stocked. Owner was easy to communicate with. It was great that each bedroom had a bathroom attached to it. There was two dedicated parking right front of the house. We ski at deer valley which was only 15 min drive. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Place

Second stay at this PC condo. Everything is as described. Plenty of comfortable space for lounging and sleeping. Of note, the Bunkbed room is a definitely tight for adults, but workable; better for kids. Alex is a great and responsive host. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay at Red Pine Condominiums

We loved the condo since it was perfectly set up for my family. It was well stocked and had all the amenities we would need. The pool, hot tub and sauna were right around the corner. The shuttle service was excellent but you have to time it right during the busy times - around when ski lifts open and close. We also enjoyed the apres ski at Canyons and the groomed slopes at Park City. My grandchildren significantly improved their skiing which was my goal. We will have wonderful memories from this trip! Great spacious home

This was a great place to stay for our family and friends. The layout is perfect for mom and dad upstairs in the master, kids behind the kitchen in the bunks and teens and friends downstairs in the 2 bedrooms each with 2 double beds. Each room having its own bathroom was a huge bonus. Location was great for us and easy to quickly get to the lifts. Itā€™s a bit of a walk or a quick drive. The only thing I would mention is if you like to cook as we do, the kitchen has the basic necessities in terms of knives and silverware but nothing fancy. We made do and got the job done. Other than that the house is pretty amazing for a park city canyons trip.

All was well until the communication scared meā€¦

The place was great and I would happily recommend it - but today the communication threw me for a loop. We travel the same week every year to ski. I will often book a condo well in advance - then place the reservation and the ā€˜cancel byā€™ date on my calendar in case my plans change or we change states / mountains / etc. Imagine my shock, fear and confusion when I received a host review today for a condo in Park City, Utah while sitting on a plane headed to Montana. I freaked out and thought I had booked a place in park city and forgotten to cancel and the review was for a no show. I spent the next 15 mins looking for the reservation, checking my calendar, looking for the charge on my CC. All trying to figure out how I forgot that Iā€™d booked in PC AND how Iā€™d failed to put it in my calendar AND how Iā€™d forgotten to cancel. Turns out the email was a review for a stay exactly one year ago. For someone who travels 12-15 times a year - this level of misplaced communication is not helpful and is stressful.

Overall happy with the stay. Location is very good for getting on and off the mountain. Definitely needs some type of mud room arrangement though. Perhaps a bench outside the front door.

Excellent Stay!

This was our second year in a row staying at this property and everything was perfect. The space was wonderful for the 4 adults and 5 children and we were able to spread out amongst all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable! And we loved being able to sit by the fireplace at night. The location is great! You can walk to and from the mountain or you can walk down and take the people mover up. We had a blast and we will definitely look into renting their place again. Thanks!

Hi! I'm Alex. My parents bought this Townhome here at The Canyons Townhomes over 10 years ago and I have been managing it for them since our first season. We love this area and live close to be able to enjoy it but want to share it with you. We have made it into exactly what a family needs and wants. We have owned in Red Pines for more then 20 years and have owned this unit for over 15 and love it. It is in a perfect location and the perfect getaway. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We are in the perfect location here at The Canyons Townhomes. We are just down the street from The Canyons, an incredible resort. A few miles down the road is Park City with great skiing, shopping, and dining, and just a few miles the other direction is great shopping, dining, and home of the Utah Olympic Sports Park. There is so much to see and do and you are surrounded by some of the greatest skiing in the world!
