Welcome! We are Chris and Amanda, your hosts. We have been married 18 years, and live in the Seattle area with our 2 children. We absolutely love our home in La Quinta and chase the sun any chance we get. While home in WA we love to boat, watch the kids ride bikes and hang with the neighborhood. We plan to have this Desert Emerald for the long haul and hope you enjoy your stay many times over.

What makes this property unique
We've equipped this home with all the comforts that we like to have when we are home. From charging stations by the bed, comfortable mattresses, outdoor lighting for cocktails by the fire to stylish furniture, interesting art and a foosball table for late night games. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking or baking or ordering in. With single cup or carafe coffee options and a beautiful gas grill with out door unbreakable dishes, we are confident you will be comfortable. Yard and pool maintenance is regular weekly to keep the grounds looking and feeling great.
