Royal Oak is one of the trendiest and safest places to stay in Michigan. Located from 5 to 20 minutes away from any hospital or business district in the Metro-Detroit area, and within a mile and half of the I-75 expressway getting you to downtown Detroit quickly, this property is centrally located making your commute streamlined from this area. Tons of shopping and local restaurants within 1 mile going into downtown Royal Oak. Have a great night out on the town on your days off.

This home has two levels with one larger bedroom upstairs with total privacy. The upper bedroom has a newer queen size bed and the smaller bedroom on the main floor has a double. All new mattresses in each bedroom. Both bedrooms can accommodate two adults.

New updated fixtures throughout, new stainless-steel appliances, new granite countertops, new furnace and central air, new vinyl flooring, new six panel doors, new kitchen with decorative backsplash including all utensils, pots, pans, toaster, duo Keurig, condiments, and dishwash detergent…. etc. New kitchen cabinets, fresh paint throughout the entire house, all new furniture. The living room has a Samsung smart TV with highspeed internet. The house also has a detached, private 2 car garage with close access to the back entry door. All these features allow you have a clean and modern feeling.
