The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was adequate, we ate several meals in. Super convenient to City Market and liquor store. We walked from facility all over Breck for eating and shopping. We did thoroughly enjoy our visit. The only drawback was street/construction traffic but were generally gone adventuring in during most of the day

Great stay

Clean, new, easy to access. The only downside is that the highway goes right by the windows, and can be loud. But there aren’t many cars going by at night, so sleeping was not a problem.

Comfortable Stay

Had a very comfortable stay in the new Park Ave flats. Flat had pretty much everything needed (kitchen could use a potato peeler, but the instapot made up for it) for a relaxing stay. Had a few issues with the heating as the building runs a bit hot for my tastes, but was able to balance out with some cracked windows and fans. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Would definitely consider again for a future stay.
