About the property

Owner operated! Parking included.

Amazing location...we LOVE this slopeside spot! (Summer too! Hiking trails just out your door)

True Ski in - Ski out, centrally located on Peak 8. Tyra Lookout is one of the BEST locations in Breck - right next to the Snowflake lift and close to town (about 1/2 mile to Main Street/town). Perfect for a single, couple or a small family whose priority is to maximize their time on the mountain and are comfortable in a smaller but well designed space.

This comfy Studio sleeps up to 4 guests (one queen bed w/new mattress, one new memory foam queen sleeper sofa) and has a full kitchen with breakfast bar seating. The fully-equipped kitchen is updated with quartzite counters and stainless appliances. New furniture has been added to the living area and guests can enjoy rustic reclaimed wood throughout the condo. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs are located in the building common area (indoor hot tubs open winter only). One parking pass for the condo's lot is included in rate. Storage area is available for skis/gear.

Guests can enjoy mountain views while relaxing on the couch or from the condo's porch which also overlooks the 4 O'Clock ski run. A Resort ticket office and a rental equipment outfitter is located right by the Snowflake Lift making it easy to get on the mountain quickly.

Hard to beat spot if you are looking for a Ski in - Ski Out not far from town but summers are just as amazing in Breck and Tyra is a great location for summer also - walking distance to Main Street and on the bus line, yet away from the traffic of town. Hike to Sawmill Reservoir via Sawmill Creek by walking across the road and picking up the trailhead located next to the Snowflake Chair. Or, hike the 4 O’clock Trail to the 12,998 foot summit of Peak 8.

Minimum stay in summer and winter is 3-4 nights (depending on arrival day). Will consider shorter stays if property is not booked and stay is within 4 days of request or if there are a few open days in between bookings. Please contact owner for those requests.

Owners have lived in Breckenridge and currently reside in CO an hour away from Breck and can help with recommendations for your stay!

About Becky Buschke

Our family loves being outside and in environments with great energy which is one of the reasons why we love Breckenridge so much. We are originally from the Midwest. My sister and I lived in Breck years ago and have always had a deep appreciation for the mountains.

Becky Buschke purchased this condo in 2018

Why Becky Buschke chose Breckenridge Ski Resort

While Breckenridge can be quite busy - and too busy at times, there is something magical about Breckenridge. You feel good here. Clean mountain air, good people, a fun town, amazing mountains and tons of outdoor recreation throughout the year. And if you take a break from town and the resort there are always trails where you don't see too many souls!

There is something to look forward to in every season - fall colors, awesome winters and even more incredible summers!

What makes this condo unique

Location! Ski In - Ski Out is awesome for winter but also great for summer and fall. The condo is walkable to town yet away from the bustle of town and access to hiking Peak 8, 9 and 10 is right outside your door.

We chose a Ski In-Ski Out property because like most people, with we only have so much time free time. Getting geared up to ski and snowboard (especially with kids) can be a process. Being situated right next to the lift is a huge time saver, maximizes your time on the mountain and makes your lodging money go the farthest. You don't need to pack lunches, buy $5 bags of chips at the resort, park or take the bus to the lifts. Your day can be way more relaxed and not planned as tightly because you have the freedom to ski in and out of the property.

Tyra buildings were built earlier - those buildings always offer some of the best locations! Tyra provides great proximity to the lift and town, at prices that are lower than many other condos with that same proximity.

Beautiful condo with fantastic ski-in location!

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay at Becky's condominium!

You seriously can't beat the location, especially if you're visiting Breckenridge to ski... Snowflake lift is directly across the street, and so is a lift ticket office. And it truly is ski-in - the Four O'Clock run is directly adjacent to the building.

The walk from the condo to the central part of town is really easy, only about 10 minutes - but the condo is also directly on both the Black and Yellow free bus routes if you want to give your legs a rest.

The unit is beautiful, particularly the kitchen and dining area which appears to be recently redecorated and renovated. We really enjoyed the fantastic view out two sides of the unit.

The onsite amenities were great - the private ski locker in the first floor of the building was very convenient, and we also really enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor hottubs.

A nice bonus was that the unit had full-size shampoo/soap products in the shower, so we didn't have to deal with the typical small hotel-sized products at all.

The in-room washer/dryer combo was also great to have during our stay.

Communication with Becky was perfect - all questions were answered very quickly, and she was always friendly and helpful.

I've been visiting Breckenridge to ski each winter for nearly fifteen years, and this was my favorite place that I've stayed so far.

I would highly recommend Becky's condo! It made our trip really enjoyable.

Great Location, fufilled all our needs to relax and unwind after spring skiing.

  • 5 of 5

This is a small studio with a recently renovated kitchen, living room (no fireplace) bed alcove, very small balcony and full bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Nice views of the mountains. Walk across the street and you can rent equipment, buy lift tickets and ride the snowflake chair to start your day of skiing. We bought lunch food and skied in for lunch, missing the crowded and expensive food courts on the hill. Back out for another 2 hours of skiing in the afternoon. No lugging of equipment through parking lots and having to fight traffic. The unit is very nice, adequate for your needs, but the location is what makes it special!!

Charming studio with fullly equipped kitchen, great ski in/out location and thoughtful ameneties.

  • 5 of 5

This studio condo is perfect for a single or couple who want convenience to the slopes and like to prepare their own meals. It comes with one parking space and the parking is convenient for easy load in/out. The owner has done a great job fitting out the small space. The unit has a full bathroom and a washer and dryer. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need, and things you didn't think you needed, too! The balcony looks out over the 4 O'Clock run and has a rocking chair and small bistro table and chairs. The queen bed is very comfortable and the sofa folds out into an extra bed as well. The flat-screen TV and blue ray disc player with access to Netflix, etc., is a nice touch. The owner provided all the basics plus really thoughtful amenities like soaps, shampoos and many other "little things" that added up to a very enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Ideal Studio - Perfect Location - Nice View

  • 4 of 5

This studio is perfectly located with access to Snowflake lift just over the road and Four O'Clock run right next to the apartment block. With a bus stop at Snowflake lift, all the other lifts/peaks are effectively in walking distance as well as Keystone/Frisco etc.

The apartment itself was clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities necessary for our two week stay.

The owner was very helpful and communication was quick, easy and friendly. We would recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of staying in Breck.
