Tucked away in a prime location in Playa Potrero, this condo provides ocean views and everything you need to relax and take them in. An extensively furnished private balcony sets the scene for enjoying fresh breezes that come in from the ocean. Inside, wood-style flooring, light blue walls, and partial air conditioning will cool you off. Enjoy cooking together in the full kitchen, or enjoy a mini-cookout out on the private gas grill. Have fun streaming content on the smart TVs in any of the lovingly furnished bedrooms (each with balcony access!). Guests will enjoy access to a shared pool and outdoor shower during their stay. When you're finished watching the sun set, feel free to close the room-darkening shades and enjoy a peaceful rest.

This retreat is nestled next to Playa Flamingo in the quiet fishing village of Potrero; Playa Potrero is tranquil and serene. Playa Potrero is located along the northwest Pacific coast of Guanacaste, surrounded by rolling hills, tropical vegetation, diverse wildlife, and great restaurants. Visitors look out onto the gorgeous turquoise waters that stretch over the white sand beaches of the bay area. This beach community is ideal for watching the sunset in all its glory.

We enjoyed our time at the Twin Dolphins. The pool was great for our kids! We had a few issues with communicating with the property management team and accessing the property but overall great experience!

Stellar view and sunset

This condo was absolutely perfect for 7 of us (5 adults and 2 kids) the condo is located right on the beach and we could walk out and be in the water just a few steps. The place was immaculate. We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend staying here. You can walk down the beach to a few restaurants, the water is calm being in a cove. There’s a great fruit and veggie stand as well as a coffee/cafe just walking distance away.

Amazing Views

Family vacation the condo was great. Kitchen fully equipped. The views were amazing. The pool and beach were very nice. Close to fresh seafood and fruits. Close to other beaches too. We had amazing stay. The only confusing thing was the address to the building. Would book again it’s worth it!

Don’t miss out on this place!

This was a really great place. It was HOT in CR during our Jan-Feb visit. It would be great to have sunshades on the porch for those sunny (and hot) afternoons. Otherwise, nothing but awesome.

Fabulous view and outdoor space

We had a wonderful time staying in Playa Potrero the last few days. We had everything we needed and more. The view is amazing and we really appreciated the A/C. The beach is more private than others and away from crowds. Walking to the fruit store every morning was perfect, we love the pipa coconuts! Thank you.

Vacation for a big family

We had 4 adults and 3 young children and had an absolutely amazing time at this apartment. It’s extremely conveniently located to the beach, two supermarkets and several restaurants. I would often wake up and walk a couple minutes to the beach to the local yoga center as well. The apartment was very clean and recently remodeled. It was an absolutely great experience!

Amazing location

What a way to finish off our stay in CR. Amazing location, it's like having your own private beach, not very busy at all. We drove around to check out the other beaches as well but just ended up spending most of our time here. Fruit stand and coffee shop around the corner are phenomenal. The fruit stand smoothies are a must try. People everywhere were so friendly. Condo is lovely with a great layout.

This was our family’s first international trip. The condo was perfect for us. Our kids, 14, 12, and 10, had a blast in the pool and ocean. The boogie boards were so fun to have and provided for hours of entertainment. The location was spectacular. We loved the beach - it was so quiet and peaceful and you can’t beat the view. There were several restaurants around for us to visit, but we also enjoyed the kitchen in the condo for most of our breakfasts and lunches. Beautiful spot

We stayed here in Jan 2023. Loved the home. Amazing views! We walked along the beach to restaurants, got fresh fruit from the fruit stand around the corner, beach combed for seashells, and enjoyed watching pelicans diving for fish just off the beach. Very relaxing. We were sad to leave. The beach itself is not a white sand beach. The sand is a bit coarse and the waves can be quite big, but that's like most beaches in Costa Rica. It's a very short hop into nearby beaches like Flamingo, Panco, and Prieta for those who want the white sand variety. Overall an amazing stay. We'd go back in a heartbeat and would highly recommend!

Unit and contents were perfect.

We had quite a bit of confusion with the gate code to initially get into the complex,all was good after we got that straightened out. The condoo board needs to address watering the lawn on a regular basis and the stairs and common areas on the landings need to be washed on a regular basis.

Beautiful condo

Lovely beachfront condo on a quiet dark sand beach. Website photos accurately show how nice the unit is. There are several beach chairs available to use and 2 boogie boards although they are partly broken. However, there is no unit number mentioned with the entry instructions and no unit number anywhere on or near the door. The eloc on the door is completely different than any of the examples given on the website and there were no instructions on how to operate that. This caused a lot of time and anxiety with multiple attempts to contact someone to find the unit and then trying to enter the unit. This is something that Vacasa could easily fix. Put the unit number on or near the door, list the unit number in the entry info and give detailed instructions on how to use this specific eloc. Other than this issue it was a lovely stay.

This Condo is fully equipped which facilitates a smooth transition from home to beach enjoyment for a family. We got everything we needed and more. Location is impressive with outstanding security measure and access to Potrero beach.

So gorgeous!

We loved everything about this lovely home! The views are spectacular. The home was bigger than we expected. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. We all slept better than we ever do! The kitchen contained every appliance that you could ever want for making delicious meals. So very well equipped. There were beach towels and boogie boards and beach chairs. The A/C units cooled down the house quickly, which was awesome as we were were there during a very hot week! The pool was very nice. The house was just so lovely, and we felt so lucky that we found this beautiful place to stay. The town of Potrero is awesome. The people were so friendly. The food was delicious. The hosts gave many great recommendations.
