Spend your day on one of the pristine beaches of this magic island , visiting the Middle Caicos Caves, hiking on the bluffs of Mudjin Harbor, kayaking in the mangroves of Bottle Creek, enjoying the secluded beaches and paddle boarding on Wild Cow Run or exploring uninhabited islands. You can snorkel off the beach anywhere!(Snorkeling gear provided) Or you can just sit on your deck enjoying the breeze., a Bambarra Rum punch and watch a great sunset!

Cozy get away

This was such an amazing find. My girlfriend and I are not resort people and so we wanted to find a property that both would allow us to feel like we are an apart of the island. This was the perfect spot cozied right next to a very popular beach as well as being away from the resorts. Susan was an amazing host and very kind and easy to communicate with. I will most certainly be staying here again when we come back

Exactly what we wanted

Quiet and far from the crowds. Very clean. It felt new. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Great host. Close to the beach. Nice view.

We are very familar with Caicos and Middle Caicos. This place is amazing! The homeowner is amazing and so sweet. Beautiful house, all the amenities, great location. You can walk to Bambarra beach from the house! So good!

We had a wonderful stay at Susan's place. The apartment brand new, thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed and more. Susan is a wonderful host. She went above and beyond for us. She even organized a Santa Claus for our son. Besides that we loved North and Middle Caicos: beautiful beaches, breathtaking nature and friendly people.

Absolute Heaven

Susan was an amazing host, everything was smooth from checkin to checkout. The place was a little piece of heaven, gorgeous views, and the second you walk through the door you feel at right at home. Cathedral ceilings and it is decorated so thoughtfully. Beautiful little details throughout the space. it is honestly better then the pictures. A huge plus from our perspective was also how well stocked the place was, it had the majority of basic cooking ingredients for a getaway, kitchen supplies, and bathroom supplies. When I asked about snorkel equipment before we arrived she went out and bought some for the place. I just can’t say enough about this beautiful place to escape to. If you want a place to get away from literally everything and just enjoy the beauty of the island then this is your place. It’s also so close to the most beautiful beaches you will see in Turks & Caicos. I am already missing it!!

small oasis in the tropics

Susan's place is such a wonderful find! If you're looking for a remote island vacation away from the crowds on Provo, this is the place! There are two main beaches on Middle Caicos -- Dragon Cay beach and Bambarra beach (which is a 3 min drive from this rental). We preferred Bambarra beach since it is quieter and the waves are gentler, so this rental was perfect for that. Getting here wasn't super hard -- from the Provo airport, you can take a shared taxi to the ferry (30 min), a ferry (30-40 min) and then pick up a rental car right outside the ferry to drive to the rental (50-60 minute drive). Susan gave very detailed instructions for finding the place and the address is marked on the main road (may also benefit from coordinates). The rental has EVERYTHING you need, a well stocked kitchen with utensils, knives and some spices. We brought a lot of what we wanted to eat from our grocery store at home and supplemented with Dard's grocery store (which is on the way from the ferry to this rental). In addition, the place is well stocked with beach equipment, including chairs, beach towels, multiple blankets, snorkling gear, and even sunscreen if you're running low. AC works well if you need it and a clean home. And the stars at night are beautiful!

I'm from the Atlanta area. I have been coming to Middle Caicos for over 30 years. I'm a beach person and the fact that you can spend all day long sitting on a pristine beach with white sand and turquoise water and not see another person is why I love Middle Caicos.Iive been in the hospitality industry forever. I had the opportunity to live on Middle Caicos and manage Blue Horizon Resort, which is now Dragon Cay Resort, for three years. I loved having guests come to Middle and experience this magic of this little island.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Middle Caicos is my "happy place". 22 Seabreeze is located high on the ridge that extends the length of Middle Caicos. You can see the blue water from the deck and you can be at Bambarra Beach within 3-5 minutes on the sandy drive from the main road of the island to Bambarra Beach. At Bambarra you will also find a couple of local vendors that can provide lunch with an island flair plus your favorite beer or drink. The people of the island are delightful ! My other favorite thing about Middle.

22 Seabreeze is not on the beach....but almost! You drive out our driveway and can turn directly onto the Bambarra Beach Road. .This sandy beach road is .07 miles to the beautiful Bambarra Beach, literally a 3-5 minute ride. 22 Seabreeze is centrally located on Middle in the settlement of Bambarra. Mudjin Harbor is around a ten minute drive one way and Wild Cow Run is about a 25 minute drive the other. Always a breeze! Sit on the deck and enjoy the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening!
