About the property

A luxurious Townhouse unit providing fresh tropical breezes and Ocean views

We are offering you choice accommodations in a luxurious townhouse overlooking the ocean in a hidden paradise only recently discovered by the rich and famous. Some of the worlds most famous movie stars reside close by and several have been married in these islands recently and came to our island to have their wedding photographs taken. We have the most dramatic shoreline in the entire Caicos Islands and then also offer tens of miles of calm beaches to allow your children and squeamish wives to bathe in a secure environment. We offer some of the most beautiful snorkeling area's and also one of the best bone fishing on the planet. Provo visitors get bored in a day or two and then visit with us to secure memories. Two bedroom unit with sleeper sofa will accommodate 6 comfortably. Ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom with marble shower/tub enclosure add to your total creature comfort.

Your vacation selection is one of the most important decisions you will make in each and every year. It affects the entire family and it must provide something for everybody.

The following descriptions are lengthy but extremely important because they outline the reason I believe you should consider us as your destination. Please take the time to read on.

We have just created a new 2 bedroom luxurious townhouse complex that lacks nothing. Almost everything you would want in a dream vacation location is to be found while staying at this Royal Hideaway Townhouse.

Central Air, filtered water, full kitchen featuring granite counter tops and islands, Marble showers and comfortable beds offering you a comfort that you will remember forever and compare all future vacations to.

We have clients that have returned for well over ten years and their testimonials speak for themselves.

Almost five miles of pure white sand await the morning walker or the evening dreamer. Millions of stars hover above in clear sight 90% of the time. Bring your star charts ! You will be tested...

In all honesty, if you want nightlife and shopping, then please select another location because our offering is for the more adventurous searching for the Caribbean the way it was meant to be. Where else can you go to see miles and miles of beach where yours are the only footprints. This will not last for long as we are beginning to develop our hidden paradise and have sold over 160 lots in the past five years.

Our weather is probably one of the most desirable in the hemisphere with an average temperature of 84 degrees, hardly any humidity because of a 10-12 knot breeze coming off the water. Our ocean maintains a temperature that hardly ever falls below 78 degree's and if it does, don a sweat shirt or skin and enjoy. The clarity and fish will still be there...

Most that return to us every few years do so because of the people, some of the friendliest in the hemisphere or the world for that matter. Others return to us because of the crystal clear ocean water alive and well with marine life waiting to be fed or photographed. You might want to invite some for dinner?

I would dare to say that our Spiny Lobsters and Conch compare in size and taste to any others in the world and are in fact catchable right off the beach or far more accessible now because of the amenities we provide in our package deals. We now offer accommodation, car and water sports equipment such as Kayaks, Stand Up Paddle boards, A Peddle Boat and snorkeling equipment as part of our package deals. We have had 32 years to get it right and believe very strongly that we have ....

We have boats and guides available at extra cost of course, to take you offshore deep sea trolling for the elusive Blue Marlin or the more accessible and cooperative Tuna, Dolphin, Wahoo and Barracuda among other species or you can just stay inshore and fish the reefs for Grouper and Yellow Tail or your favorite Snapper... WE have them all ! We don't go fishing, We go catching....

Our guides will take you where you can hunt Lobsters or Conch and if your not successful, provide you with a seafood dinner of Lobster, Fish or Conch regardless. Our following picture tell the tale... Come fill your memories and bellies on Middle Caicos, an island paradise hidden from time until now!

Amazing Time!!

  • 5 of 5

I visited Middle Caicos back in December 2015. I had the pleasure of staying in Royal Hideaway townhouses for a week with 8 of my friends. It was truly an amazing trip and we had a grand time. My friends and I explored every inch and knick of the island. The property manager was an amazing guy and helped us find all the hidden treasures the island had to offer. All of the locals are very friendly and welcoming. Never fear if you get lost you will always find a friendly face to help out!! We got a tour guide to take us through the indian caves and did an in depth tour through where we got to visit parts of the caves that aren't usually seen. Mudjin Harbor is also a must see!! It's simply breath taking! The fishing is great for those who like it, my friends enjoyed fishing with the captain. I preferred the snorkeling, there were a few beautiful places the property manager showed us where we were able to swim to the reef right of the beach! There is also a ship wreck nearby there that is an amazing photo-op! I would recommend renting the kayaks and paddle boards and going to Bottle Creek! The water is completely flat. I would recommend brining bug spray, the mosquitos can get pesky at night. And bring cash!!! Most places only take cash. All in an all its amazing trip and I do encourage every adventure seeker to give it a go! It's got plenty to explore!

It's like your very own vacation home

  • 5 of 5

This was one of our favorite vacations, and I have a lot to share to help make your stay here amazing. You will fly into Provo, Milena will arrange transportation for you to get picked up. We were picked up by Mr. Charlie at the airport. He charges $25 per person for first 2 people, and $10 for each after that. He's not Mr. Personality, but he took us to a nice grocery (the cost averages about 3 times what you'll pay in the US, so bring as much from home as possible, including meat. We had a carry on cooler that we filled with frozen meat, and already had a menu planned and most of our groceries were packed in our checked bags.) Mr. Charlie then took us to the Ferry, it runs one in the morning, and at 2pm and 5pm in the afternoon. It's about a 40 minute ferry ride to the North island where Ernest the property care -taker will pick you up and take you for another 40 minute ride to the property. It sounds like a lot of work, but I considered my vacation and the adventure beginning as we got off the plane. The townhouse we stayed in was very nice. Bedrooms downstairs, living and kitchen upstairs so that you can enjoy the view and get good air flow if you choose to open windows. However, if you open windows there's a good chance that "No see-ums" will get in and they will bite you relentlessly! We were advised from one of the locals to rub baby oil on exposed skin, and they won't bite us, but it was too late for us by the time we heard this. So take your baby oil just in case. There are few people in the region, our neighbor behind us Dave Shaw stopped by the first day, very friendly, we saw him most days we were there. He has 2 boats and offers days on the water with his captain Manny. We did a half day and had an absolutely amazing day. We came home with 4 lobster, 4 different varieties of fish (one that we caught) and 4 beautiful conch. If you're interested in a memorable great day call Dave at 649-344-6470 when you get there. EVERYONE on this island is so nice and personable. We met Mel and Susan, near them is a nice little reef to snorkel, just a little walk down the beach, Karen and Gerald - she was so informative about the area, Greg, the kite skier. We rented a car from Nick car rental, they brought it to us, $75 a day, and picked up, very convenient. This is a place with no resorts, just natural beauty. We had an amazing time. We think it'd be nice to have some palapa's on the beach for some shade, but it was really great.

Beautiful untouched beaches

  • 3 of 5

Middle Caicos is remote . It is for the very adventurous people. We loved snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking on the unspoiled dessereted Bombarra beach. Mudgin Harbor is a beautiful beach and a must see on Middle Caicos. It is quite a drive to North Caicos to go to the store or restaurant . About 25 min. You need a car on this large remote island of 275 friendly people. Food is very expensive! Most restaurants fry everything. We tried all three of the restaurants. The caretaker of the home is extremely kind and is willing to help with anything. We had a few bug/cockroach issues and several other items.

Our January 2017 Middle Caicos Vacation

  • 5 of 5

This was island paradise for us. Fantastic, just what we were looking for away from the hustle and bustle of Provo. White sand beach out in front of the house. Kayaks and paddle boards on-site were fun. Beautiful clean warm water to swim and snorkel in. Bring your snorkel gear. We rented a car a exploded far off beaches for snorkeling and swimming. Visited Old Indian caves & old plantations. We did all our grocery shopping in Provo before taking the ferry to North Caicos. We drove about 1 hour from the ferry to the house on Middle Caicos. There are minimal groceries at a small market on North Caicos. We had a delicious lobster dinner out at the Blue Horizon Resort.

Junior (property manager) was very helpful and helped make our stay just perfect. We cooked most of our meals at the house. We had several barbecue dinners using the small grill on-site. FYI- there are no cash machines on North or Middle Caicos. There isn't a phone in the house and our cell phones didn't work, so be sure to activate your cell phones for international use. A cell phone is nice to have if you are arranging fishing charters or restaurant reservations, Junior loaned us a phone for the week- thanks Junior! We had a wonderful stay and we will be back.

21 Days in Heaven

  • 5 of 5

This is the perfect place to stay if you like no crowds, beautiful blue water, and lots of places to explore. Our daily routine was breakfast, then reading/kayaking/paddle boarding on the beach until noon, back to the condo for lunch, explore the island and try a new beach for snorkeling, then back to the condo for dinner and watching the sunset with some local dark rum. The recommended driver that takes you from the airport to the ferry took very good care of us--on the way out he zipped us to a supermarket when I thought there was no way we would make it to the ferry on time (we did) and on the way back he held our bags so we could shop on the way to the airport. The Provo supermarket is your chance to get a wide selection of fresh vegetables and meat. Junior is a great host and took very good care of us on the island. We rented the van and recommend it for exploring and fetching groceries.

Spectacular, Pristine Vacation

  • 5 of 5

The Royal Hideaway was the perfect place for our vacation. It is a beautiful place with all that you will ever need to enjoy some time away from it all. This place is for you if you enjoy quiet, peace, and seclusion. The amenities were wonderful: kitchen, snorkel gear, kayaks, etc. I would recommend renting the car from Milena as that is only way you can get around the island. Not that you will need to drive that much but it is helpful. The beach across the street was spectacular and very private. I ran down to Bambarra Beach one morning and felt that the beach at Royal Hideaway was perfect and there was no need to go elsewhere. Snorkeling around that area is okay. I am an avid swimmer and found the beach there to be perfect to go for long swims. If you want more excitement with snorkeling, you may want to seek out specific snorkel spots or just ask Junior the caretaker of the property. Speaking of, Junior is a great resource. He is very knowledgable and professional. He is a great representative for the property and the island. The owner Milena is also wonderful. She was a pleasure to communicate with and was very helpful in coordinating our stay. I would recommend booking a fishing trip with Captain D (Dedrick) if you like fish. We planned one at the beginning of our trip and had plenty to eat for our entire stay. We cooked each night and did not go to any of the restaurants. Thus, I cannot speak on those. In regards to stores, of course, go to one in Provo once you arrive in TCI. Milena will help coordinate a driver for you if you wish, who can take you to the grocery store before you get on the ferry. There are little stores in North Caicos and Bottle Creek. Captain D's family owns My Dee's grocery stores and I would recommend those. I particularly liked the one in Bottle Creek. FYI, they get fresh produce in on Monday nights thus go on Tuesday morning if you are running low. Other than that you will only find small things and frozen meats at these stores. Make sure to bring bug spray. We were there in May after it had rained some and they were out. Lastly, we enjoyed visiting the primitive Cave on the island and the hike at Mudjin Harbour (bring your camera, great pics!). Overall, this was the perfect getaway. I truly could not say more as this location and rental property as it provided a quiet, beachy, away from the crowds sort of vacation. Thank you for Junior and Milena for all your help. We will be back.

Welcome to Middle Caicos, the largest and most pristine of the entire Turks an Caicos Islands.

Eco-Tourism was born here !

Leave your worries and to a point civilization behind to relax in a warm and tropical atmosphere hosted by some of the most friendly people in the hemisphere.

Our average yearly temperature of 84 degree's, Pure white sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and lack of humidity will make you understand why this island nation has become the hideaway of the rich and famous.

These same crystal clear waters are just teeming with fish just waiting to be fed and photographed or invited to dinner. The Turks and Caicos islands are now rated one of the top ten dive destination in the world as well as one of the top five beaches in the world.

Our North shore lobsters ( In Season ) are plentiful and worth the trip alone. The expensive Conch Shell souvenir you bring home will in all likelihood be one that you personally retrieved from the oceans floor in less than ten feet of water.

Did I mention that our coral reefs are the third largest in the entire world and that a major portion thereof are directly in front of your selected accommodation at the Royal Hideaway.

Venture offshore and try your luck at fishing for Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Tuna, Wahoo and Dolphin or simply drop a line inshore of our reefs and catch Grouper, Yellowtail, a variety of Snappers or just walk the beach and cast to the elusive Bonefish.

We have added a unique series of packages to include water sports equipment such as Kayaks, Standup Paddle Boats and now a Pedal boat to make your snorkeling adventures even that much more exciting. Motorized craft are obviously available as well but at additional costs with native born guides to guarantee the adventures of a lifetime.

Our beaches are calm and suited for families with young children. Your teenagers will never again experience the likes of this virgin territory perhaps in their entire lifetime. We have families returning annually after twenty years to renew friendships and adventures. Start your family history now !

In close proximity to a vast cave infrastructure and various nature walks, 16th century ruins and our very own Flamingo Pond within walking distance of several hundred yards.

Off the beach bone fishing and snorkeling sites where you can procure your own Lobster and or Conch dinners. A 7 minute drive to Mudjin Harbor, one of the most photographed sites in the entire archipelago and hemisphere. A 20 minute drive to some of the best shelling and beach combing in these Caicos Islands.

Access to the uninhabited Island of East Caicos and Joe Grants Cay is far greater from Middle Caicos than any other.

Middle Caicos offers miles and miles of some of the most spectacular beaches in the world. Crystal clear water and the third largest coral reef in the world make this an underwater photographers dream and now with the latest waterproof camera's available, you can take you memories home with you to share and treasure forever.
