Seawings is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa and part of Dragon Cay Resort. It is set on a ridge offering sweeping views of Dragon Cay rock formation at Mudjin Harbor and the Atlantic Ocean. This Villa has a large open living area that is perfect for groups or families, with seating for 6-7 people, and spacious living and dining areas. The villa faces the ocean and has large windows and sliding doors to a screened-in porch and an open-air sun deck. Perfect to relax and drink in the magical views.

Each of the Dragon Cay Resort cottages and villas are nestled into the breathtaking oceanside landscape, only a short walk to the beach, restaurant and trails. Our cottages offer quaint beachy decor, ocean views, personal kitchens, air conditioning, private patios, Wi-Fi, Fire stick TV, and parking.

Our guests can enjoy requested housekeeping service, an on-site manager and concierge. Water sports and activity equipment including paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available to rent on-site. In the immediate vicinity, you will find the magical Mudjin Harbour, one of the most photographed and beautiful natural landscapes in the whole of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Many visitors to TCI come specifically to view the amazing beach formation around the Dragon Cay rocks.

The Mudjin Harbour Bar and Grill is just steps away and provides meals and refreshments. Check for the opening times of this facility. There are other resort buildings nearby as well as a shared BBQ location

The neighborhood is known as Conch Bar and is a small collection of resort buildings and private residences.

Crossing Place Trail is a few moment's walk away and leads through indigenous vegetation with stunning ocean views.
