Cozy elevated lakefront home on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix welcomes you and your extended family. Spectacular views over the sloping lawn to the water's edge. Let the young ones dig in the sand on 'upper beach', while the older kids frolic in the water off the 'lower' beach, or from your own private dock. Bring your boat...or rent from the local provider just a few miles down the lake. This 4 bedroom / 2 bath home offers sleeping capacity for 10. Decompress at the end of the day in the lower level in front of the 55" TV, or enjoy a cocktail from the upper level deck while the grill-master flips burgers. Finish the night with a lake-side bonfire while you dig your toes into the sand.

We had an amazing week Up North! The house was perfect. We typically eat in when we do a lake vacation and the kitchen was well appointed. The house is in a quiet area on the South Arm, which we appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Charlevoix charmed!

Absolutely great stay in a lovely home, well situated to take advantage of the Charlevoix area. The home is especially well appointed, and the hosts are extremely attentive. Our 3 generation family spent a super week! Thank you!

Amazing Waterfront Rental

We couldn't ask for any more from this place! The owners were available from the start and communication was great - lots of information sent to make our travel and stay easy House was great for our group of 7 and could easily fit more Many things were available that we wouldn't have expected making settling in a lot easier Kitchen had everything we needed and we ate in a lot As far as the lake, you won't find a nicer property, the landscaping is groomed like a golf course, we took our family pictures by the many flowers/gardens. The beach area was used a lot - grandkids played in the sand and on the beach whenever we weren't on the boat and we used the firepit a number of times The dock was perfect for the pontoon we rented from Summertime Rental (a short ride or drive south) The lake is amazing and location to Charlevoix and Mackinaw made day trips easy to plan. Can't say enough about the owners and house!

A Wonderful Family Gathering

The property is beautiful, perched over the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. We had 3 generations - 70 somethings, middle aged parents, two teenagers and a 6 year old. We rented kayaks and a paddle board from Summertime Rentals and used them constantly. One morning we rented a ski boat and water skiied and tubed around the lake. And a 3 generation team swam across the lake and back. The kitchen and outdoor grilling/ eating areas were excellent for us as we celebrated recent birthdays, anniversaries and accomplishments together. Some stayed up late enough for marshmallows toasted on the fire pit by the beach.The house is clean and spacious -- two large family room areas. There are puzzles and games, but we were too busy to use them (weather was good for us). Easy access to Charlevoix, sand dunes on Lake Michigan, Boyne City and more. Our only warning would be to people with mobility issues -- It is a steep walk to the beach, but there are helpful stone steps along the way.

beautiful views, clean/comfortable home and peaceful surroundings

We had a great stay on the lake this past week. The home was exactly as it is shown and described. The owner was accessible and communicated proactively with us leading up to our stay as well as during to clarify any questions we had. If you are looking for beautiful views of Lake Charlevoix in a clean and comfortable home then this is the place for you.
