We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, charming, and comfortable, with wonderful outdoor space as well. Great location between Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Boyne City.
The property was beautiful and we had a lovely time. The location was central to numerous activities and very tranquil. Everything met our expectations and more.
Our stay was wonderful!!! This was the perfect open concept home for our family of 6. It is centrally located, so that you are a 15-30 minute drive from everything in the area. We were a short drive to Nubs Nob, Highlands, and Boyne for skiing; and about the same time to the Cadillac area for snowmobiling. We also were a short drive to many restaurants, bars, and shopping in Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs, and Boyne City. Our hosts Lesa & Eddie were awesome! Honestly, it felt like I was renting from longtime family friends. They were extremely kind and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better time. We will definitely be back to experience the area in the warmer months.

The property was beautiful and quiet and centrally located to all the places we wanted to go on our vacation. We had four adults in three children in the home and we were comfortable.
The house was so great- we didnt spend the whole time there but accommodated 8 adults for weekend well! We had 4 boats and no issue wish spacing. It was very open but also private.
Great renovated farm house! The home was centrally located near Petoskey and Charlevoix. My family and I enjoyed the beautiful patio area and grill. The house was clean and comfortable and allowed plenty of room for our group of six. Look forward to returning to this beautiful property.
What a lovely place in a country setting, but not too far from our favorite places. The interior was just as beautiful as it appearred. Our six adults were quite comfortable. Wish we could have stay longer to enjoy the front porch and patio more.

Thanks for starting albeit brief. We’d gladly welcome your return! Have a great summer!
Family and I had a great stay. Very quaint and quiet. Check in was easy. The kids loved the bunk beds. They are at the top of the stairs in the hallway so something to consider as you’ll walk past them to get to the other 2 bedrooms upstairs to not wake them up. Loved the outdoors and fire pit. Great central location between Charlevoix and Petoskey. Would stay again!
We had a wonderful stay-this is our 4th visit to this property.50 acres of natural beauty. The home has all the amenities and is charming, updated and so comfortable. The property manager Lesa was great to deal with…highly recommend! We’ll be back!
Adorable farmhouse. Perfect for a three generational family stay. Host was very attentive when we had unexpected challenges due to severe weather. Highly recommend.

Hello! Thanks so much for staying at Pincherry Acres- we would gladly welcome your return. Lesa
It was a lovely space, in a lovely spot. There was an issue with kitchen faucet which owner addressed and fixed right away. Great communication with owner(s).
Totally perfect for our family of 5. Spacious and clean. We’re veteran renters and enjoy a clean, organized home. Porch was lovely for morning coffee and the fire pit backyard area was so magical to us. The area is so beautiful with rolling hills and sandwiched between Petoskey and Charlevoix. This home felt like home and we will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Lesa was accommodating, flexible, and responsive as a host. The property was just as advertised and even cuter than the photos! The neighborhood was well situated between Charlevoix and Petoskey. We had a lovely stay.
The house was clean, spacious, well-stocked, cozy and the beds were super comfortable. Kids loved the bunk bed nook and it was great having our dog able to join us. The outside space was wonderful for walking the dog and we enjoyed the trails into the woods. Location was perfect for visiting Boyne Highlands and Boyne Mountain. We would recommend this place and would definitely stay again!
