Welcome to Endless Tides in Cape Charles, VA - named “the best little beach town in Virginia” by Southern Living magazine.

Our beautifully renovated 1922 American Foursquare home just one block from the beach is ready to host your family!

Located on one of the quietest streets in historic Cape Charles, only 2 blocks from Central Park and 3 blocks from the shops and restaurants on Mason Avenue- so centrally located you will be able to walk or golf cart everywhere in town!

Our home greets you with it’s inviting wide, wrap around front porch- the best one in Cape Charles!! You can enjoy views of the bay while sipping your morning coffee or relax in the evening and watch the sunset with your favorite cocktail. You won’t find another porch as spacious and inviting as this one!

One step inside the foyer and you will notice the flood of natural light that brightens up every room of this happy home. On the first floor you will find a living room with a smart TV, comfortable seating, and lots of books and puzzles. A perfect place to take a break for some down time and rest. A dining room, with a vintage-mid century table that comfortably seats 8. As well as a bar with the tools you need to make your favorite happy hour beverage. Next to that is a well-equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to make a home cooked meal. The eat-in counter is perfect for breakfast-time or afternoon happy hours before dinner. As a bonus, the kitchen windows face the Bay and its magnificent sunsets.

Off the back of the kitchen is a porch with washer and dryer, beach towels, a high chair and other supplies needed to make your stay comfortable.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, comfortable for sleeping 6. All with windows on two sides of the room letting in beautiful natural light. Don’t worry though — each room has black-out shades to ensure maximum sleep time in the mornings. The first bedroom is the ‘master’ bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath with tub/shower and windows overlooking the bay. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed and the third has a set of twin bunk beds. There is an additional spacious full bathroom in the shared hallway upstairs, with double sinks and a tub/shower.

Families with young children are encourage to pack light and use our pack n’ play, high chair, kid friendly cups and dishes, and utensils. We have toys, books, games, puzzles and lots of beach toys for guests use.

We also provide two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach wagon to cart all of your things to the beach. Since we are a block from the beach, with beach access on our street- the beach wagon is all you need to get there but if you would prefer to have a golf cart to get around, you can rent one in town. Make sure you rent early if you are coming in peak season!

The house is beautifully and tastefully furnished and decorated and very well supplied to cook in if desired. But Cape Charles is home to several excellent restaurants, many of which are within walking distance. While we were there in the winter, the beach is just a block away and we enjoyed some spectacular sunsets.

Great house, great location. The front porch is amazing spot for a morning coffee. The house could benefit from outdoor shower for sand but hose is convenient enough. The home is well appointed, beds are comfy and the owners very responsive. They have everything you need for a great vacation. Tons of beach toys for kids, chairs and wagon to get to the beach. This was a great place to vacation. We loved the decor and how the house was appointed. It’s so close to the beach and we took advantage of the chairs and pull cart that was provided. We sat on the comfortable front porch and dined at the table there as well. The owner/property manager was so responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend this house.

Charming Cape Charles home

We had an awesome Memorial Day weekend at this adorable home for the 2nd year in a row. The beds were comfortable and we all slept great. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking needs and its a fantastic location. My family had a great time and will be back again. The owners were super responsive and helpful for minor questions.

Amazing Home Close to Beach

Sarah & Brad have a very beautiful home just a hop, skip, & jump from the beach. Beautiful decor, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for our family and yours. The front porch is one of the largest in Cape Charles and an amazing place to sit and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon!

Beauty by the Bay

This gorgeous historic home is absolutely beautiful and carefully curated to make you feel right at home. I was truly impressed with all of the little details: nightlights, sound machines, nice kitchenware, toys and books, beautiful artwork, beach accessories and toys, step stool in the bathroom for the littles, and so much more. The porch is a perfect retreat all hours of the day, and the location (one block from the beach!) can't be beat. The whole town is very walkable as well and is easily accessible from the home's location. We truly felt at home during the entire stay and can't wait to return!

Great Cape Charles getaway

We had a great trip! This house was adorable! The weather wasn’t great but at least we had a nice place to hang out with the family. It has the charm of an old house with exposed brick, glass doorknobs high ceilings and beautiful wood floors. We love the personal touches like plants in every room and beautiful antique furniture. I’m glad they had multiple options for puzzles since our weather wasn’t great. The beds were very comfortable! My entire family slept really well! We would love to stay here again.

A beautiful home and a wonderful trip!

Sarah, thank you so much for opening your home to us. It was my husband and I and our 3 daughters (17, 16 and 8) It was probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in! The location was perfect: just 3 blocks from the beach meant my kids could run home for a forgotten snack, a trip to the bathroom, or a dry towel. The listing said there are two beach chairs, but there are actually 4 and they are all functional and in great condition! We spent many mornings with coffee on the front porch and many evenings playing cards at the big dining room table. We cooked only once, but the kitchen was so well-equipped with the necessities - salt and pepper, for example - that I could have easily cooked every night. My teenagers loved the bunk beds (super sturdy) and my youngest loved being in the queen bedroom by herself. (She felt super-fancy in there alone!) The house is only 3-4 blocks from downtown depending on where you wish to go, so we walked to town every night for dinner and ice cream. Such a perfect location. We had a really wonderful trip and felt so at-home in Endless Tides and my husband wants to know if we can stay in the house for 2 weeks next year! We will definitely return. Thank you!!

Best Porch on the Cape!

This was our second summer staying at Endless Tides and we loved every minute of it! The house is conveniently located close to the town and a very short walk to the beach. Breakfast on the front porch is our favorite part about the house! The kitchen has everything you’d need, the setup is practical and the house has always been very clean. Sarah was a great communicator when we were working out logistics and booking, and even took the time to check in on us while we were there. We hope to be able to stay again in the future!
