Well for starters the place was ok for the price. It could use an outside light. And a full bed in there room. Also maybe let people k ow its ground floor or stairs and that the laundry is separate from the condo. We did enjoy our stay.

Really cute place for my last minute stay. Wasn’t as clean as I would have expected, but I also didn’t feel the need to reach out. Also, the walls are SUPER thin, so if there are renters staying on the floor above you, you will hear EVERYTHING. Still a really convenient, nice stay on Dauphin Island.

The beds were great, nice and clean. Everything was furnished. It helped that it had a washer and dryer for our use. Would recommend it to people.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Public beaches and several restaurants were accessible with a short drive.The biggest complaint we had was the amount of noise from the upstairs neighbors. Throughout our stay, there were 3 different groups above us. At times the other units in the building were vacant. Which could have allowed for a couple days reprieve from the noise. Normal walking of occupants upstairs was somewhat loud, but tolerable. When the occupants were drinking the footsteps got really heavy. One group had small children that ran and jumped, which shook the light fixtures downstairs.

Cute Island Stay!

For the price this place was incredible! Host communicated perfectly, the place is modernized and fresh, and the street is quiet. The master bed was too soft and unsupportive for our middle aged backs, though for the price we can’t complain we just want others to know what they’re getting!great trip!!

Loved our stay on Olive Lane!

We loved the condo and all the updates made to the place. Neighbors are great and the street is centrally located next to everything. Rent a Golf cart and cruise the island, this is a must! We loved your home!

I’ve stayed here before. Easy stay and close to everything: food, beach, shopping, ferry. My only complaint which is trivial as it is July in Alabama is that it was too hot our first night in the bedroom. However, found a fan in a closet and much better the next night!

This was our first time to Dauphin Island, Shane's place is very nice he has everything you need. My kids had fun on the golf cart rentals, thank you Shane for everything.

Baby shower rental

Two of my sons and myself came down for my daughter's baby shower. We loved the rental unit. It was very clean, organized, and supplied. I plan on coming back down for a week in April with my wife and staying. We both love Dauphin Island.
