The home was very clean, modern and comfortable. Perfect for a small family/couple getaway. Easy process from start to finish, and it is located really close to everything. The beaches are just a short drive, just don't forget to pay for parking or you will get a boot on your car and a fine. Things to bring along for your stay: cozy blanket if you are a blanket person, hairdryer, coffee/ tea ( regular coffee pot) spices/oil/cooking spray, I don't think I saw any sheet pans, or pots, or frying pans. I ate out every meal and did not use the oven/stove. Everything is new and the fridge is a great size and very clean with ice maker and filtered water. Don't forget the mosquito spray, they are terrible and swarm instantly, especially if there is rain. The AC works great and will keep you very comfortable. The street is quiet and I didn't hear much from the neighbors next to me. Great visit!

Nice. Clean. No WiFi password provided. Air conditioning stopped working. Host non responsive. I’ve asked for a refund for one night and they said they would get back to me. It’s been two weeks and have not heard from them. Non responsive host
