Beautiful place, spacious, and perfect view

we loved staying here! It has breathtaking views, the balcony was our favorite place to sit as a family. Mitch and his crew were very quick to respond to whatever we needed. Very friendly, too. We can’t wait to return! If I could give 10 stars, I would. We have a family of 6 and this place was perfect!

Gorgeous facility. Everything as described. Location was perfect. Walking distance from everything you might possibly need on a trip. The view would by far make everything worth it alone. Cannot wait to come back again and again. We have found our new go-to vacation spot.

Wonderful Condo - Great Views - Centrally located

We were looking for a place for a last minute vacation over spring break and this unit fit perfectly. From the moment I inquired about the condo, I received quick and professional responses and the booking process was easy. The condo was beautifully decorated and had wonderful views of the beach. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit as it was quite chilly the week we were there. Great location in PCB and parking was super easy. We would definitely return!

We stayed mid January to mid March. The unit is as advertised. Very clean spacious unit. Nicely Florida decorated. Living room and master bedroom overlook the ocean. The deck had a nice table and chairs and two lounge chairs for sunning. We will definitely return.

Awesome trip

The condo was beautiful . The view was even better . Only complaint is that I think it’s time to replace the mattresses in the rooms.They were not very comfortable . Might want to bring salt and pepper and a big pan for cooking . But other than that everything was very clean. Very nice people who helped me book and very simple . Can’t wait to come back .

Thanks for staying with us, you guys were great guests and welcome back any time. The wifi in the building is the same throughout. Which makes it handy if you cant connect in unit.

Wonderful, Well-Equipped, and Colorful Condo

We loved this condo! It was exactly as described! The only thing we were unsure of upon arrival was the parking. There was not any information in our email about parking, so we had to wait a bit to get someone to confirm where we could park. Other than that, the stay was perfect! Would highly recommend this unit!

Breaker Box Hot

After 2-3 days being in the condo, the breaker to the bedrooms kept tripping. This caused the ceiling fans and TVs to not work. It did get hot in there during the sleeping hours. I send a message to the property manager. He said that he would have it looked at, but nobody came while we were there. The breaker got very hot to the touch. We were afraid that it might catch fire. We ended up running an extension cord from the kitchen to the bedroom to try to keep the breaker from tripping. This worked. It just seemed odd that nobody seemed to be concerned with this except for us. Other than that, the condo was great!!!

Never again

Beautifully decorated. Leak under master faucet. Mattress in front room made us leave a day earlier than planned. Could not take another night on that mattress. Pathetic for the price we paid. Dryer worked but would cut off in the middle of the cycle. Sand on both floors and counters when we arrived. Mixer valve in master bath/shower not working. Only hot water would run. No cold water at all. Unbelievably dusty. TV's in front room and living room when turned off would not come back on. My husband was able to fix them and we just had them turned on for the rest of the stay without turning them off. Never, ever again!!!

Our Stay at 1603

A well-appointed 2 bedroom & 2 bath with absolutely spectacular view of the ocean and beach. The unit was clean and everything functioned as it should. The showers were a little dated--but that gave counter space. The balcony would great in that it was semicircular shaped and allowed quite a bit of room. Parking and elevators were no issue (although we were staying during an apparent low-occupancy time). Convenient restaurants and amenities close-by. Traffic was very reasonable. The main pool was heated and the hot tub could accommodate up to eight people. We highly recommend this place and had no issues during our stay.

Vacation Extension

We needed additional time so we booked an additional 5 days through Warren Beach Rentals. They were one of the easiest agencies I’ve ever dealt with! When we had to move because of balcony maintenance they found me an even better unit! I talked to another tenant where I originally was staying and he couldn’t even use his balcony! He said the agency he worked with wouldn’t do anything for him! They finally sent him a gift basket which he said was probably made up from items people left behind! Warren Beach helped me when my code didn’t work. After trying my code several times they immediately texted me a new code that worked! In less than a minute we were able to enter our immaculate condo! This unit was one of the cleanest nicest we’ve ever rented! Bed slept great! Furniture very comfortable! It even has a power recliner! It had a combo regular & Keurig coffee maker & a 4 slice toaster! Very well furnished! Book your next vacay thru Warren and you won’t be disappointed! Try to stay at Ocean Villa if possible!
