Enjoy staying at this stilt home with an open floor plan for entertaining and an island feel brought indoors with coastal décor carried throughout. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, spacious granite countertops, basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Sit down together for family meals at the dining table with seating for six and three additional seats at the island/ breakfast bar. Never miss out on the conversation while gathering on the two futons in the informal sitting area beside the dining table. The covered balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a cold beverage while taking in a sunset. There is ample seating in the living room consisting of a couch, loveseat, chaise and futon, perfect for relaxing and watching a movie on the wall-mounted TV. For your convenience, the washer and dryer are tucked neatly in the hall to use during your stay. The master bedroom (BR1) consists of a King bed, chest, nightstands and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom is supplied with a closet, large vanity and tile tub/shower. The guest room (BR2) contains a Queen bed, nightstand, chest, closet and wall-mounted TV. Kids will love the bunk room made up of a Twin over Twin bunk bed, a Queen bed, a nightstand, wall-mounted TV for watching cartoons or movies and floor space to play games. These two rooms share a jack-and-jill style bathroom with separate vanities from the shared tile tub/shower. Take advantage of the outdoors to cook up the day's catch on the grill under the covered patio, sit at the picnic table to cool off after a day at the beach in the ocean breeze, or watch the kids play on the swing set/slide/fort in the backyard or a competitive game of ping pong in the downstairs game room. Great Place to Stay in Old Town

We’ve stayed at many properties and this one was one of our favorites. Loved the open concept and cleanliness. There was plenty for the kids to do as well. We also took our dog and it worked out great because we kenneled her in the downstairs space with the ping pong table. It’s also fenced so we didn’t have to keep an eye on her when she was out. Oh, but definitely have mosquito spray because there are tons around!! I’d definitely book again.

Great location and great house for families

The property is a hidden gem that is comfortable and convenient. We love the old Town location is awesome, walkable to restaurants much quieter than 11th and a 4 min golf cart ride to the beach. We arrived late and the place was right there within half a mile to the ferry. We walked to the park at the marina. The IGA grocery is less than 2min away and the bird sanctuary is less than 4min. Awesome coffee shop with fun area for kids within walking distance, Barefoot Beans The bedrooms and living spaces are very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to move around with plenty of space to cook. We had coffee and drinks on the upstairs patio/porch each day. We had to look for the cushion for the outside chairs which we found in the huge master closet. It has a fun room downstairs with a ping pong table and nice swingset and slide for the kids. The property manager was great but we didn’t need them after check in. The place was very clean and tidy Great place to bring the family, especially the kids
