Southern Coastal Cottage just steps from the beach

Pass Time is an idyllic getaway retreat centrally located to all Gulf Coast attractions. This award-winning house plan features a gracious wrap-around screened porch facing the Gulf with ample outdoor seating to enjoy the coastal breezes. Newly-built in 2022, this coastal cottage was meticulously designed with high-end amenities, vaulted ceilings, and an open floor plan to provide for maximum comfort and relaxation.

This 2,400 square foot home features two master suites and an oversized bunk room with built-in bunk beds. On the main floor, you will enjoy the first master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. The large living room greets you as you enter from the front porch and seamlessly flows into the gourmet kitchen and dining room. Custom, over-sized sliding doors provide an unrestricted view of the beach, allowing guests to open the doors and enjoy the cool Gulf breezes from the adjacent screened-in porch. Featuring high-end appliances, an oversized, 7-foot island and ample cabinet/countertop space make entertaining and meal prep easy. The island countertop can sit 3 adults comfortably, and the dining room table can accommodate 8. The home also offers an office, allowing guests a private area should they require it.

The second floor offers two spacious bedrooms with en-suite baths— the second master bedroom and an oversized bunk room. The upstairs master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and enjoys unobstructed views of the Gulf. The bunk room features 2 built-in, Twin-over-Full bunk beds that can comfortably sleep 6. Your children will also love their very own big screen TV!

This is a must stay home! The house is beautiful, well appointed, nicely located in a short walking distance to the beach,and convenient to restaurants and shops. There are three beautiful spacious bedrooms each with an en-suite. The bunk room has 4 beds. There is also a powder room near the entrance. The kitchen is lovely with high end appliances, everything you need to cook and eat a meal, tons of countertop space, utensils, a variety of spices, and other items. The kitchen has a bar top with four seats and a large dining room that seats 8. The utility room has a washer and dryer and a hanging rack. You can park under the house and there is a wash off station, beach accessories, a wagon, foldable chairs, and more. This house has a screened in porch off the kitchen and living room with outdoor furniture . The front entry has an open porch with rocking chairs. It really is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It will be our go to spot!

Perfect Family Home

This is the secind time we've stayed here. There are ten of us, seven adults and three children. The location is perfect, the home is spotless and the kitchen dining area is perfect for a big family meal and get together. Pass Christian is the place to be if you want to avoid a crowded beach.

Beautiful home & location

This house is an easy walk to the beach and minutes from downtown Long Beach and Pass Christian. It’s beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The owner is extremely friendly and communication was prompt and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Home Away From Home

This was our second time staying at Pass Time and it was wonderful as always. Josh is a great host and the property is beautiful inside and out. You may hear a faint train horn on occasion but it’s not bad. Quiet neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach. It is truly your home away from home!

Wonderful stay

My family really enjoyed staying here for our vacation. The house offered plenty of space, was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to cook and prepare meals. The neighborhood was so nice, access to the beach was just a short walk down the street, and we loved spending time on the porch. It was so nice to see the water from the house. Josh was so great to work with and always responded to any questions.

Winter stay

Great location with everything you need to be comfortable while away from home. Safe, quiet neighborhood within short walking distance to the beach. Lovely old oaks line the street. Gracious host as well!

Great home on the coast

Our friends and family had another wonderful stay in this home. Location is perfect close walk to the beach and quick drive to bay St. Louis and Gulfport. Kitchen is well stocked, lots of beach supplies available to use and beds are comfy- highly recommend! !

This property is truly exceptional. In my experience, rental descriptions will often overstate amenities or space or location. In short, this property exceeded every expectation and description. Rooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, the house is a very short walk to the beach, and the porch seating areas were awesome. We had an incredible stay and hope to be able to rent again.

Our family currently lives in Fairhope, Alabama but we have lived all over. Josh grew up in north Georgia and Bettsie in Louisiana. We have two young boys who love sports and anything outdoors.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Bettsie grew up spending the summers vacationing to Pass Christian, MS to stay with her grandparents. Therefore when the opportunity came up for us to buy a lot on the same street that her grandparents retired to we jumped at the chance. Every time we go to the beach our boys walk past the same place Bettsie did in her childhood. Guests will enjoy the slower pace of life found in Pass Christian where you don’t have to fight for your small space on the beach barely bigger than your towel.
