Beautiful 5 bedroom house on golf course - 3 miles to beach!

Enjoy a perfect vacation in this newly renovated 5 bedroom home on the 4th green of Bear Trap Dunes. Our home is perfect for large families who want to be together in the comforts of a well-equipped clean home. The kitchen/great room has a large comfortable sectional, farm table that seats 8, a brand new kitchen with Bosch appliances, and a 70" smart TV. The 2nd family room has two couches and a 50" Smart TV. Plus if needed, work from home in the separate office space with a desk and leather couches. The dining room is great for dining and game night. All the while, enjoy the sun and sunset from the large screened in porch and outdoor deck. These unobstructed views cannot be matched. The two car garage has space for your golf clubs, surf boards, beach chairs, etc ... There are a few bikes in the garage in case you want to take a ride around the neighborhood or to the Pavilion which has the indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, pickle ball, playground, basketball, and full gym. The bedrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Plus for extra family members, the large bonus bedroom has 2 queen beds and bunk beds! All of this and Bethany Beach is less than three miles away!

Bear Trap Dunes is a beautiful community that is safe for children to ride their bikes, play outdoors, go to the park, pool, etc... It is quiet and very relaxing.
