Two bedrooms and one bath. First bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has both a queen and twin bed. Marina, liquor store and DG within 5 minutes from cottage.
Kitchen has everything you need to cook.
Perfect cottage for fishing and hunting group, small family or lady's trip to Patti's for the Festival of Lights.
Start your morning at Parcell's Deli and Bakery with a specialty coffee and freshly baked donuts (or cupcakes!).
30 minute drive to Patti's. Lot's to do there with shops around every corner and the most delicious 2" pork chops and bread served in a flower pot with strawberry butter.
Close to Clark's River National Wildlife Refuge, Poca Terra Winery, KY Opry, Elk and Bison Prairie and Forgotten Past.

The cabin is very nice overall, it was clean and had everything we needed. We had no problems with anything other than our stay wasnt long enough lol. I would stay here again without question.

Great get away

We stayed here for a week until we were able to move into our house. The communication was amazing, very accommodating to our needs as we were moving from another state. It is a simple cabin, but we love that. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio, so relaxing. Everything was great! Definitely would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this cottage. The parking was the only issue. We had two trucks and two boats there wasn’t enough parking space

We're so glad you enjoyed the cottage! We apologize about the parking, I did send a message to the number listed about extra parking in the huge gravel area at the house next door with no response. We really appreciate the feedback and are now working on designated parking spots for both houses to ensure room for multiple vehicles and boats.

Cute, quaint property. Was exactly what the description said. Only complaint would be that it doesn’t have a toilet paper holder but that wasn’t a big deal. Overall great stay and I have to mention the sweet neighbor who helped us back our trailer in easier! She was great!

close to the water

I wish there was a table in the back of the house to stay out there for privacy. Someone dumped garbage back there though (owner might not know). The front door has a gap that allows a few black ants in. Those are my only complaints. Everything was clean. No other bugs. I was concerned that it would be noisy but even if the neighbors were noisy, we wouldn't hear it through the block walls. Love the wood work. I had everything I needed. owner was really nice and very accommodating. It is super close the boat ramp and I would stay here again verses the sportsman lodge or any hotel. 2 bedrooms with 3 beds was really nice. Looks small on their pictures but we had plenty of room. Price is right. There is a bbq restaurant that serves a variety of food close by too.
