We had a great stay. It was perfect for our family with college age kids and their friends. And thanks for ordering some great snow and ski conditions for the weekend.
We had high hopes for this rental, but it fell far short of expectations. The listing presents it as a premium unit but the reality was anything but.The master bedroom was a nightmare—unwashed linens, bodily hairs on the sheets/pillows, strong cologne odors, and stained pillows with drool or other bodily fluids... Realizing this only at bedtime, we had to sleep in dirty linens, using t-shirts as pillowcases. The next day, we washed all the bedding ourselves. The master closet had major water damage - soaked carpet, a soft, flaking ceiling, and a strong mold odor, at times spreading beyond the room. Extra linens were stored there, making them unusable. With snow on the roof, it’s unlikely this will be repaired before spring, creating a potential health hazard.Other issues:• Toilet paper rationing? Only partial rolls – think used rolls with about 25% left, barely enough for the weekend.• Laundry area was filthy with lint and used dryer sheets, but no fresh ones.• Upstairs bathroom door only opened halfway due to catching on the tile.• Wi-Fi - slow to the point of being unusable.• Steep driveway winter hazard – even 4WD trucks were getting stuck on a very snow night.Positives: Adequate parking, a well-designed kitchen, and plenty of beds—too bad cleanliness was an issue. We expected a premium experience but left frustrated. Would not recommend.**I would attach pictures but VRBO does not allow this**
