Breathtaking Beach House on the Water

A spacious beach house (with dock), that sleeps eight and is set on the breach-way, which enters the ocean and/ or salt pond. Bring paddle boards, floats or even a boat or jet ski to enjoy this spectacular get away. We have two kayaks. You will have passes to the Misquamicut beach, which is a five minute walk (remembers to bring your own beach chairs). We can actually sleep 8/9 people if you bring a air mattress. The rentals from Saturday Memorial Day til Labor Day are weekly rentals. If you have any questions please feel free to email me. Thank you

Great family vacation!!!

Location is outstanding!! Perfect beach house for family vacation and relaxation. Amy was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. She made sure we had everything we needed and more! House was very clean and equipped with all the essentials. Great week!! Great place!!!

Flexible, Beautiful, and Perfect

This an excellent choice, a great value for the cost and an ideal place to be with family and friends. Please do take good care of it! The location of this property is just ideal. That was the very first characteristic we looked for and it was even better than we expected. It’s so simple to walk to a beach (passes provided at property). It saves you from the need to drive and park! Nearby there are countless things to walk to, Salty’s, Dell’s Lemonade, Weekapaug overlook, Weekapaug Inn, the beaches. Up the main beach drive is a drive inn movie theater! The property itself is just ideal for groups of varied ages and interests. Some can sit on the dock and enjoy the view of the breach water constantly changing directions during the day of tides. Some can play PacMan on the upstairs arcade! Some can cook on the Viking range. Some can watch a movie in the AC. It’s just so large and open and with differentiating environments it’s perfect. The WiFi works well! The upstairs balcony has a great view of the salt ponds. The property was clean, and the owner and family are not only accessible, they go above and beyond to quickly respond to all questions and needs. You can have your privacy but if you have any need at all they are very near by to help. I’ve traveled much of the world and this is one of the top properties I’ve experienced in cleanliness, accessibility, owner care, location and flexibility.

Great home in an enjoyable spot

Amy was a terrific host. She was always available and helpful. We loved our time at her home and took full advantage of the nearby beach, kayak trips, swimming, and showering outdoors daily! The home was clean and well appointed and we very much enjoyed our time here. The location allows for easy day trips to Watch Hill, Newport, and even the Goodspeed Operahouse. Thanks Amy!

Wonderful getaway

Our family had a delightful week at Amy’s perfectly located, spacious and well equipped getaway. We alternated between walking to the nearby beach and hanging out on the decks to watch the canal traffic ospreys and sunsets. Super relaxing! Hoping to return. Great Location!

We had an amazing time. The house was located right on the breach way and only a short 5 min walk to the beach. We really enjoyed sitting in the backyard watching the tide come in and go out. So relaxing! Amy was very responsive and helpful, which made the trip so easy and enjoyable. The house was very clean and the decor perfect for a beach community. We would definitely stay again.
