Charming 4-bedroom converted Barn in Weekapaug is great for a family vacation!

We invite you to stay at our classic beach cottage, a converted Barn, where you can hear the sound of the waves and walk 10 minutes (half a mile) to the Fenway beach. The Barn is perfect for a family vacation, with a large front yard (including gas grill and table), for lounging, playing frisbee or running after toddlers, a separate walled off "orchard" (one apple tree) that is private and quiet, and a back yard with an outdoor shower . The house sits on 1.4 acres of land in Weekapaug, a wonderful summer community.

The Barn has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as an upstairs living area that has a futon couch and a full-sized bed. Each bedroom has an AC unit.

On the first floor, there is a breakfast table near the large windows where you can watch the birds; a dining room, a living room (includes tv and wifi), a kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, and equipped with dishes, pots and pans and utensils), a utility room (with washer/dryer), and one master bedroom (queen bed, walk-in closet), another bedroom (full sized bed) and a full bathroom with a shower and tub.

On the second floor, the "Kids' room" has four twin beds and an attached bathroom (tub, toilet, sink, no shower). The "Maid's room" (I don't think there has ever been a maid!) has one full-sized bed with an attached bathroom (tub, shower, and sin). The large living area space has a full-sized bed, a futon couch (can be extended to bed) with chairs and a coffee table for a kids' hangout space.

Weekapaug is outside of Westerly, RI, near the border with Connecticut, and close to Mystic, Stonington, Narragansett, and Point Judith. Renting the house includes access to two private beaches, the Fenway beach (enter on the trail side for easy access to the beach box with beach chairs) and the Inn beach, both beautiful beaches.
