My husband and I have many friends in this brand new community and we just ask that all guests abide by our house rules, the main one being no Outside Noise after 9 pm. We love our neighbors and want to make sure none of our guests are disturbing this amazing development. Bask in the glory of this amazing community, walk to local community parks & playgrounds.

Master Bedroom: King Sized Mattress W/Own Bathroom (Sleeps 2)
Channel Bedroom: Full Sized Mattress W/Own Bathroom (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: Queen Sized Mattress (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4: 2 Full Sized Beds that can sleep 2 couples (Sleeps 4)


Guest Access:

You’ll have access to the entire house and fenced backyard. 3 cars can park in front of the house. No parking in the back.


Other Things To Note :



1. No Smoking Of Any Kind (Smoking fine $300)
2. No Loud Noise After 9 pm (per city ordinance)
3. No parties, no events. We will ask anyone to leave without a refund who violates this rule.
4. The Number Of People At Our Home Must Match The Number Of People Of Reservation. Day Guests $25/Person/Day and we must be notified of nonovernight guests.
5. No Pets
6. Minimum Age Requirement 25 Years Old
7. Keys Must Be Placed Back In Lockbox (lost keys fine $250)
8. Don’t leave our home a mess. We don’t expect you to scrub our home when you leave but please leave it in a decent condition for our cleaning lady. Make sure to take all garbage outside to bins, take all used linens and sheets to the hamper. HOT TUB CHARGE::: there is an extra $250 charge for hot tub usage. This is to set up and clean the hot tub after you leave due to new Covid cleaning protocol. To reserve please let us know 14 days in advance and payment to be made via Ven mo, cash app, or zell.
