Clean, quiet and painless stay

Our original host canceled on us under a week before checkin. The price was fair, process easy, and property as advertised. Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Austin.

Perfect Stay at Austin Zen Den Getaway

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at the Austin Zen Den Getaway. The house was immaculate and beautifully designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, including a gym, yoga room, and a lovely patio with a BBQ and fire pit. The high-speed WiFi and streaming services were a nice touch, making it easy to stay connected and entertained. The location was also ideal, just a short drive to local attractions and a variety of restaurants. It was the perfect balance between a peaceful retreat and convenient access to everything Austin has to offer. This place had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

TOTAL SCAM!!!!

This experience was absolutely horrendous. We checked in and the house smelled like rotting flesh and there were flies hovering EVERYWHERE. The house was inhospitable and even worse than the house was the trinity and vrbo customer service. We called them multiple times from the rentals driveway since the house was too disgusting to stay in. The very rude ladies on the phone said that they would send a team and then they would switch up the subject and say that the house smells like that and basically told us to deal with it. We left after two hours of waiting for a team to come. We left and then a week later and still no refund and the hosts and support teams refused to talk to us. We called everyday for a week and there is still no progress. We got a text yesterday saying that a "team" came 10 minutes after we called which was at 5:00 PM and we stayed t until 7:00 PM and there was no team there. Twinity and vrbo are a scam company and are just a bunch of clowns who don't care at all about customer service.

Hi Amar, At Twinity, we take all guest feedback seriously, but we must clarify that the claims in this review do not reflect the reality of our property or your stay. No issues regarding cleanliness, smells, or pests were ever reported to us during your check-in. The reality of the situation is that you chose to cancel your stay shortly after arrival despite the property being in perfect, clean condition. Because there were absolutely no issues with the home, we denied your request for a full refund in accordance with our standard cancellation policies. We always aim to support our guests, but we cannot authorize refunds when the property meets all of our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. We take great pride in our high standards of hospitality, and our history of positive reviews speaks for itself. We wish you the best in your future travels. Best regards, The Twinity Team
