You will have your private entrance, private bathroom and a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker for your personal use, should you need extra functionality you are welcome to use the kitchen in the main house. The house has a large patio and spacious common areas for your use. It is walking distance from Marlins Park and in the middle between downtown and the airport, also very close to Jackson Memorial and the port of Miami.

Was a cute little place and served me well for the one night I stayed. Only slept there so no complaints. Communication with the host was great.

We arrive around 8pm to check in. There were no exterior lights on and needed to enter through a gate that was never mentioned. No big deal. Entered the room and instantly smelled weed smoke smell. Next went to use the bathroom and seen multiple ants to which I sent a picture to the owner 8:15ish.As well messaged him that there was only 1 washcloth for 2 people. He responded about 6am and said there had been a lot of rain and that someone would be out to spray for ants. As well told , that around 9:30am the cleaning crew could bring us another washcloth!At this point I asked for a refund for my 2nd stay and told him that we would find some other place to stay. To which he said he personally inspected the room before our stay. I again told him the bed pillows stunk of weed smoke and we wanted a refund for the second time for our next night and we would find another place to stay. At this point he agreed to refund us the 2nd night but only came out to 68.63!I received the refund of 68.63. We also took a video and pictures of the place to show the condition of the place compared to the pictures online!

Communication was really good for the most part however I had to leave the same day I got there because shortly after being there I seen bugs that I was not comfortable with staying in the property.

Great unit literally blocks from Loan Depot Park- Felt safe and secure walking to and from the night game - great parking on site - great communication from the host- unit as advertised - would stay again - thanks!
