Parking is Provided on the Property! A Beautiful place to enjoy yourself with your love one. Five minutes direct walk to the lovely beach and all other activities on Oak Island. The most beautiful and family friendly neighborhood in the Beach ⛱️⛱️ area. Walk to the beach without paying for Parking 🅿️
An additional charge of $49.00 for 3rd person.

Properly leashed dogs are allowed on the beach at any time, and are allowed off their leashes on the beach seasonally from October 15 - March 15, and under certain conditions. Owners must pick up after their dogs, and properly dispose of all droppings.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Our stay was wonderful! Charles was very responsive to messages and a wonderful host. The place was very clean and great for a short trip to the coast! Great place to walk the dogs and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach right on the beach strand! Very close to local shops and restaurants!

It’s a clean property, walking distance to the beach and most significantly pet-friendly. The host is very kind, I missed a message in the VRBO app for the pet fee and didn’t create any problem. Paid it the following day.

This was an amazing stay! My boyfriend and I’s first time traveling to Oak Island and the beach in general and this space along with the host made a great first impression. We will definitely be visiting again. I loved that they were welcoming of cats as well since I don’t like to leave my kitty at home or under someone else’s supervision.The room was clean and exceeded our expectations from the pictures, grill was easy to use, and the space was perfect size. The outdoor shower was the cherry on top, perfect for warm morning showers looking up at the trees or coming from the beach just to wash off. Charles and his wife were also were nice and helpful. Loved everything about this trip and this stay!!

We absolutely loved staying in Oak Island for the weekend. We had never been there before and this was a perfect place to stay. Walkable to the beach and very nice quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. Super nice to be able to have the dog with us too. We would definitely stay again!
