LOCATION:
Welcome Home! Enjoy your private spacious two bedroom townhouse style condo in this inviting low rise gated community. The Resort is located off Front Beach Rd, a street full of life. Not far you will find your private condo with a breezy patio just a short walk to the beach... worth every step! There is also a south entrance from Panama City Beach Parkway with a convenient store and gas station just across the street. Go west to Beautiful Camp Helen State Park or the famous Route 30A to Seaside and other famous communities. Close to restaurants, sport complexes, airport, Pier Park shopping, events, and all that coastal living has to offer!

EXTERIOR:
The condo has a private entrance through your fenced patio on ground level with parking directly in front. Your private patio is just steps away from Front Beach Rd with most beautiful beaches and sunsets. If you want to BBQ, there are charcoal grills throughout the property on a first come first serve basis. The Resort is large but has a cozy vibe, great for a walk around the nicely landscaped surroundings.

INTERIOR
The condo offers a spacious 1st floor bedroom with a King bed, work area, closet, and a full bath. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience, with a community laundromat available for larger or sandy items. The great room features a smart TV, queen-size sofa sleeper, dining table, and a fenced patio for outdoor living. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or BBQ using community charcoal grills (first-come, first-served). A printer is also provided for flexible work-from-home needs.

AMENITIES
Horizon South is a gated community with Gulf Beach access just across the Front Beach entrance gate.

Resort highlights include:

4 pools, one heated seasonally
Hot tub, baby pool, tennis, shuffleboard
18-hole mini golf (we have a putter & balls for our guests to borrow)
Fitness center (Available 9am-4pm through the Office)
Billiard room in the Clubhouse (bring your own cue stick)

Wristbands are required for the Resort as well as amenity access (up to 10 days) and can be purchased at the Property Management Office (credit/debit only). We can also send you a link to pre pay, let me you know and we can send this to you. Pool and recreation hours are 9:00am - 11:00pm (South pool closes at dark). No lifeguards are on duty, and pool rules are posted onsite.

Community quiet hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am
Note: Rental golf carts are no longer allowed on the property.

We prioritize cleanliness and follow enhanced disinfecting protocols for your safety and comfort.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load the dishwasher with your last set of dishes, start it, & leave them in the dishwasher. No need to remove the bed linens so we can follow cleaning guidelines. Let us know of any damages.
Log out of personal accounts/apps Netflix, youtube etc.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please shake sand from towels outside. An Outdoor shower is located near South pool for rinsing off sand and there is a hose on the patio.
To Avoid additional cleaning charges: No Events No Pets No SMOKING OF ANY KIND is permitted inside the property.
Please use bedding in the 1st floor bedroom closet for the sleeper sofa Please Use washcloths to prevent stains on linens and avoid additional fees.

The house had everything needed/wanted for a successful trip! They have all beach supplies stocked & easily accessible. The easy quick walk to the beach. Pools were great. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Relaxing Beach Get Away

Excellent location to get around Panama City Beach. Walking distance from 4 pools and the beach. Plenty of amenities on site to entertain kids. The townhouse was immaculate and as advertised. No surprises. The owner communicated well and provided all the information we needed for the stay.

I enjoyed staying at this condo! The owner was very responsive and friendly. We were very close to the pools there are 3 pools right next to us plus more around the area. It was also close to the beach! The condo was clean and also had pretty much anything you needed!

This town home itself was just as advertised. The structure itself was very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable, all things needed for the stay was available. The pools were great and operational. The gated community itself was an absolute mess, construction happening in the property everywhere, roads tore up or closed and tiles and other things along with big equipment sitting everywhere. If we would have know how big the project of construction was we would have def. Stayed somewhere else. Also they no longer allow the rented golf carts, which made it difficult to go to the beach with my disabled son. This will be a wonderful stay once all the of the construction is wrapped up.

Hello Traveler! My name is Nicole and I've lived in Panama City Beach with my family since 2018. We lived in Horizon South when we first moved to PCB.
We have three daughters "my 3 mermaids"
Our family enjoyed living the beach life, walking in the community and watching sunsets on the sand.

What makes this property unique

The beaches on the west end of Panama City Beach seem to be less crowded because there is limited parking. Our private guest beach entrance is a short walk from the condo just across Front Beach Rd. No waiting on long elevator rides to get to the beach.

If you want to work from home no problem with free wifi, designated space and a printer available.

Our community is gated so it's not a cut through street. Parking is available in front of the buildings so no large parking lots to navigate.
