LOCATION – This private home is located in the Warrior's Mark West neighborhood. We are a mile down to Main Street Breckenridge where you can enjoy many restaurants, bars, shops and local festivities. The house backs up to the National Forest for access to many hiking trails.
AMENITIES – There are two living areas on separate floors to provide plenty of common area and sleeping space for your group. You will find the master suite on the main level with the additional three bedrooms that include 1 queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom in the lower level and 1 queen bedroom on the upper level. The kitchen features all Bosch/GE appliances, a professional 6 burner Viking stove with Bosch double ovens and granite counter tops. Both living areas lend themselves to fun and relaxation with a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV with cable, a Sonos audio system in addition to a wet bar in the lower level. The gorgeous outdoor patio features a private hot tub, a large wrap around deck with a gas grill in a beautiful alpine setting.
Radiant heat Hickory wood floors throughout and vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams for a true mountain feel. Furnished with a large family in mind. Designed and decorated by a well known Boulder Designer with Designer Furniture including Ralph Lauren, Mitchell Gold and other top names for a luxurious mountain retreat.
Master Bedroom Suite has a Queen bed, Twin Day bed with Trundle, vaulted ceilings, a private balcony offering views of Mt. Baldy and a Gas Burning Fireplace. For those adventurers with a little less experience, feel free to use the free shuttle service to town which runs every 20 minutes from 7 AM to 11 PM

We are a family of four who loves to ski in Breckenridge. Our kids learnt skiing at the World Renowned Ski School in Breckenridge. We love spending time in our mountain home with friends and family in the summer and winter. We also have a 2 BR condo at base of Peak 9 in the Village- VRBO 153242.

Very nice, large, comfortable home
We loved the home and the owner was very responsive. It was close to skiing out but more complicated to ski in. Great trip.
We will definitely visit again! Kitchen was stocked with anything needed! Views were beautiful!
Very nice home, lots of space, Ski-in/out
The house is larger than it appears in the photographs. The living, kitchen, and dining areas all from a "Great Room" on the upper floor which has tons of space.
Kitchen is well stocked with basics, including oil, some spices, garbage bags, paper towels, etc., etc. Makes grocery shopping a lot less complicated. Lots of pans, cutlery, plates, etc.
Private Hot Tub was very welcome after skiing, and is just outside the lower living room double doors.
Ski-In/Out is as others have stated. For out, there is a 2-3 minute walk to the closest street intersection, then a private trail through the woods that connects to a true ski run. For in, you have to be able to ski off the Falcon Chair (Peak 10). This is all marked as black on the trail maps, but the run required (Cimarron) is really more of a blue. Intermediate skiers (and above) should have no problem.
Fun and Convenient - Not a true ski in/ski out
We loved the house. It did everything we needed it to do. The owners/managers are very responsive and were helpful throughout our stay.
Not a true ski in/ski out, but the shuttle service is timely and consistent and it is a very short ride to the bottom of peak 9. For this reason alone I give the home a 4-star instead of 5. A true ski in/ski out would be a 5 for me. Besides this factor it was a straightforward experience throughout and I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in Breckenridge.

House was very comfortable. Not the easiest ski in ski out but it works.
Beautiful and spacious cabin
We really enjoyed our stay there! It’s spacious and well designed. We had to contact the owner and property manager because of a few things not working due to a power outage and they were both quick to respond and helpful. The location of this Vrbo is awesome as well! It’s situated in the mountains next to other nice homes and is just a few minutes walk from a shuttle that comes every twenty minutes.
