LOCATION – This private home is located in the Warrior's Mark West neighborhood. We are a mile down to Main Street Breckenridge where you can enjoy many restaurants, bars, shops and local festivities. The house backs up to the National Forest for access to many hiking trails.

AMENITIES – There are two living areas on separate floors to provide plenty of common area and sleeping space for your group. You will find the master suite on the main level with the additional three bedrooms that include 1 queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom in the lower level and 1 queen bedroom on the upper level. The kitchen features all Bosch/GE appliances, a professional 6 burner Viking stove with Bosch double ovens and granite counter tops. Both living areas lend themselves to fun and relaxation with a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV with cable, a Sonos audio system in addition to a wet bar in the lower level. The gorgeous outdoor patio features a private hot tub, a large wrap around deck with a gas grill in a beautiful alpine setting.

Radiant heat Hickory wood floors throughout and vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams for a true mountain feel. Furnished with a large family in mind. We are a family of four who loves to ski in Breckenridge. Our kids learnt skiing at the World Renowned Ski School in Breckenridge. We love spending time in our mountain home with friends and family in the summer and winter. We also have a 2 BR condo at base of Peak 9 in the Village- VRBO 153242.

BEWARE! Great house, but you should budget for not having your deposit returned for 58 days.

We rented the condo for three days at the end of July. During our stay, one of the leather ottomans was allegedly damaged. I say allegedly, because all I had to go by was a picture sent to me, from the owner, of the ottoman with a dent in the cushion (it looked like someone had sat on it). The leather was not torn, the stitching was not coming apart, there was no discoloration... just the dent. I'm not saying it wasn't damaged, maybe it was, but the picture didn't show anything but the dent. None of the people in my party even remember the ottoman, let alone denting it. Anyway, the owner held my deposit for 58 days!!!, while they figured out how to fix the alleged damage. Finally, after the 58 days, I was refunded 40% of my deposit, with the owner keeping the rest for "upholstery repair". I asked for an "upholstery repair" receipt, but the request was ignored. Bottom line, I'll obviously never rent from this owner again. I'll also be more wary of renting places with such a high deposit, relative to the rental price. It was non-awesome to be out a four-figure deposit for 58 days. Honestly, this entire shenanigan was a real shame... the house is beautiful and the location is great.

A Mountain Oasis!

The house was perfect for our group of 15. The owner is extremely responsive and worked to make out stay perfect. The kitchen, living room and dining area all provided an ample amount of space for the group to eat and entertain one another with stories and games. Be aware, one of the members of our group was on crutches and had a bit of an issue getting around the house with all the stairs. Ubers to and from Main street cost around $15 for an XL. We will be back!

Gorgeous 4,000 square foot luxery cabin in Breckenridge

Beautiful home in Breckenridge! Spotless, well appointed, comfortable, and an abundance of natural light...everything we were looking for. At 4,000 square feet, six of us (two adults, four kids) were able to occupy the home without any issue. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Breck Ski Trip - Feb. 2017

I rented this house for a ski trip of ten college friends. The house is spacious and well-appointed. The master suite is especially nice as it has an enormous bathroom. The property manager was responsive and helpful when booking the reservation. Radiant heat worked especially well on the cold days we were there. Shuttle to/from downtown ran routinely from the end of King Way.

A couple points that may be helpful for consideration for potential renters and for the owners. First, this house is definitely not ski in/out. We had to walk down the street and ski through somebody's back yard to get to the slope. There does not appear to be a way to get back to the house from the slope without having to hike up a significant hill so we took the free shuttle back up to the house from the Marriott at the base. Second, the technology in the house is dated. One TV did not work well and there was not a functioning stereo system. Third, the house was also thin on cleaning supplies (paper towels, no diswasher soap) so we had to buy more. Finally, the house only had seven true beds and four of those were bunk beds. There were also three additional small daybeds. We were told there were 16 beds when we booked the reservation, which there were not, so a few of our group members ended up on the couch.

With that said, it was a great trip and a nice house in a good area of Breck.
