About The Cabin - Sunswept is a beautiful three bedroom one bathroom cabin set on the shores of Elbow Lake. It sleeps seven people. It has a large private deck that overlooks the lake just feet away. The three bedrooms have one queen and four twin beds. It features a full kitchen with separate dining area. The living room is spacious with couches all around, a fireplace and breathtaking views of Elbow Lake. The kitchen comes with a stove, range, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and all of the dishware, silverware, pots, pans and utensils you'll need to make this your home during your stay. Linens and towels are also provided.

About The Resort - 83 years of history. Established in 1930 on 1,700 acre Elbow Lake in northern Minnesota. Elbow Lake Lodge has solidified its presence within the serenity of the Minnesota wilderness. Situated in Kabetogama State Park, the lodge has always been a destination for travelers and families looking to escape the lights and congestion of the metro area. Perfect for fishing, snowmobiling, kayaking and hiking, visitors come to be part of the outdoors.


Enjoy 800ft of sandy beachfront, pedal boats, paddle boards, kayaks, on-site mini-golf, playground, camp fire-pits, and a marina with fishing boat and pontoon rentals. Outdoor family fun abounds at Elbow Lake Lodge. The main lodge amenities include a bar, ice cream counter, sauna, and a recreation lounge with ping pong, foosball table, movie screen, board games and fireplace. TV and wireless internet available in the main lodge. Breathtaking sunsets and an encompassed sense of nature will find each and every guest now and into the future of Elbow Lake Lodge.

Unpretentious home base to enjoy MN north lakes and woods.

Exactly what you need to rest up, relax and refuel to get back outside for more fun! Gracious, resourceful unfussy hosts. Great place to keep your boat right near the cabins. Velvety sand bottomed swimming beach. Fairly quiet like without wake boats or jet skis during our stay.
