The Space:
Escape to our tranquil oasis—a 10-bedroom villa offering unrivaled luxury perched on a mountainside overlooking Puerto Plata's majestic ocean and cityscape. Embrace the peace and serenity of Sosua as you revel in the modern elegance and thoughtful design of our expansive retreat. Enjoy 7000 square feet of living space across three floors, accommodating up to 20 guests comfortably. Each suite is meticulously appointed with plush bedding, Caribbean-inspired decor, and modern conveniences like AC and flat-screen TVs. Indulge in the nine full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, some en-suite and all well-equipped. Unwind by the infinity pool, soak in the panoramic views from terraces, and relish in the lush greenery that envelops our home, creating a soothing ambiance. All bedrooms are fitted with comfy beds with hotel quality linens for your absolute relaxation. Fine decor, AC and safes are in every bedroom. Most of the rooms feature flat screen TVs. Some suites have private balconies.

Bathrooms:
There are 9 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Some suites have ensuite bathrooms, some bathrooms located right across from the rooms. All of them are well-stocked and modern. There is also a shower by the pool.

Kitchens:
If you feel like cooking during your stay, there is a kitchen with modern appliances and an outdoor BBQ area near the pool where you can prepare delicious grilled meals.

Pool, terraces and other facilities:
The villa offers plenty of relaxation areas indoor and outdoor. The beautiful view is ever-present everywhere in our home. Spend your time swimming in the infinity pool admiring majestic views of the ocean and green oasis while being sun kissed, unwind in the comfortable sun-beds while sipping a glass of wine, watch beautiful sunrises and take in breathtaking sunsets while relaxing on one of the patios.

Nighttime security, Wi-Fi, AC/fans, towels, complimentary toiletries, other amenities like the washing machine & dryer, ironing facilities are also provided for our guests which is great for short- and long-term stays.

The Neighborhood:
The villa is located in a superior location of Sosua town, Puerto Plata, perched on the hill, surrounded by green oasis and filled with fresh ocean air. This area is a nature lover heaven with gorgeous beaches, local cafes & shops, and countless activities nearby to create long-lasting memories.
Beaches:
Staying at our villa, you will be close to sandy beaches with clear water:
•Sosua Beach - 5 minutes drive
•Cabarete Beach - 15 minutes drive
•Playa Alicia - 8 minutes drive
•Playa Dorada - 15 minutes drive
•Playa Chiquita - 12 minutes drive.
If you enjoy water-sports you can do jet skiing, kayaking, snorkeling, diving or simply take a boat or a catamaran ride.
Nature & other activities:
For nature lovers, we recommend visiting 27 Waterfalls (1-hour drive) - off beaten path site in a jungle setting, these spring-fed waterfalls, canyons, cascading pools will take your breath away. Adventure awaits!
If you are traveling with kids, we highly recommend visiting Ocean World Adventure Park (45 minutes drive), snorkel in the tropical reef aquarium, feed exotic tropical birds and more! For “extra” picturesque view, go to Mount Isabel de Torres (45 minutes drive) and enjoy a ride in the only cable car in the Caribbean! Visit El Choco National Park (25 minutes drive) for a zipline adventure through a "monkey jungle”. Many more activities for all ages are there for you!

Ultimately, the best way to navigate around is by car, especially if you plan to go further exploring. Public transportation is not very common between top attractions. Taxis are available in this area to get to the nearest attractions. If you plan to rent a car, several car rental companies available around the region.
