The house was immaculately clean and the host was more than helpful in responding quickly to the few queries that we had. The pool was more than adequate and the surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful. There were several supermarkets (Aldi, Walmart and Publix) within easy reach, as were local beaches. All in all a perfect spot for a relaxing break.

Wow! Cleanliness and thoughtful appointments at its finest. Comfortable well planned entertaining places and beautiful beautiful home. The lanai area created lots of memories for the family with plenty of seating. The pool was the perfect temperature and in the garage we found all the things we needed to go to the beach, even though we brought things!The host gave timely responses to any and all questions nearly immediately. And we absolutely had the most wonderful memorable time of our lives. We we would highly recommend this property and would rebook ourselves in a heartbeat.Five out of five stars!

This property offers a lot more than what is listed. Back pool area is a retreat on its own. You don't need to go anywhere however, the beach is about 15 minutes away and the drive there is beautiful. Host is super nice and communication was prompted and clear. Loved every minute of our stay. Thank you Alicia ๐Ÿ˜Š.

This is a great property. A newer pool home located on a canal. The host was very easy to reach and was very helpful and responsive! The home is well appointed with all you need in the house and all you need to take to the beach! There are even two very nice bicycles in the garage. And the GARAGE! Many owners don't let renters use the garage! This host does and provides an opener to keep in your car. The only thing I need to mention is that it is extra to request that the pool be heated. This is done remotely by the host after the fee is paid. We chose this option as there had been a lot of rain the week we were there and the water was chilly! Well worth it in my opinion. Even with the extra fee for pool heat, the home was still less expensive than the others we had considered. Great stay!

We loved this rental! It was just beautiful, very comfortable, extremely clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. We loved stopping at Niko Bs for pizza, and Sassy tarts bakery for desserts The host, Alicia, was very easy to contact, and so pleasant to work with! Everything was perfect! We highly recommended this home, and would rent again! Thank you!

The house was exactly as described. Super clean, probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed, I mean spotless. Neighborhood was quiet and really nice, friendly people walking every morning, no loud noises or traffic. Close to all the beaches, shops and restaurants. Our host was very responsive to questions and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this rental if your looking for a place to stay in the area.

We had such a wonderful time here! The home is beautiful and provides a perfect tropical getaway. The rooms are all very tastefully decorated and very spacious. We spent as much time as possible on the lanai, which overlooks a pond where we were able to see birds, turtles, and occasionally, a little gator swimming around. So fun! There's also a really nice pool on the lanai, perfect for cooling off and splashing around if it gets too warm. The location of the home is ideal, with very easy access to restaurants, beaches, shopping, and groceries. Our host could not have been nicer and more attentive. She even proactively reached out to check on us a couple of times to make sure everything was going well. This is a great spot to go to with family, or if you just need a relaxing getaway on your own. We're hoping to get the chance to come back very soon!

Excellent Location

We enjoyed staying at this location close to beaches and a variety of restaurants. It felt like we were at our own home staying in paradise. Also, our host, Alicia, answered all our questions very quickly when we needed a question answered.

Excellent Experience

This property was really nice. Extraordinarily clean, well stocked, all appliances were new and working, pool was tiptop shape (clean), beds comfy. Also, Alicia was very responsive. She literally saved our vacation after our initial plans were canceled last minute. Absolutely would consider staying here again!

This house was incredible. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our 14 year old daughter and 11 year old son. All the beds were extremely comfortable. Appliances were brand new and spotless. Location was quiet yet convenient. All in all, the perfect rental!
