The house is beautiful and very well appointed. Sandy, our host, was incredibly responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs eight bedrooms and a wonderful location around Fort Lauderdale.

Best stay ever

Good location, very, very clean, Sandy always there for you questions, this is the best for large group with teenager very private close to everything. Definitely will rent again.

Great LBTS Rental

Loved this duplex near Lauderdale by the Sea! This is the perfect location for us to visit family, and we needed a home this large to fit everyone. The rental was very well appointed. We literally had everything we could think of at our disposal, including beach chairs, umbrella and rolling cooler. We used the pool everyday! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Grandma’s Birthday Week

Everything about this rental was wonderful. When all 15 members of my family arrived, the duplex allowed the 7 young adults to have their own space and the adults - their separate space. The each side was spotless and inviting. The bedding was memorable and very comfortable. The kitchens were beautifully equipped (we used only the open kitchen side for breakfast and lunch). Sandy was the quintessential owner who made our visit comfortable and perfect in every way. If I could give this place 10 stars, it wouldn’t be enough.

Excellent Property - Would stay again

This duplex property is wonderful. We had 3 family groups [10 people] and plenty of beds/bedrooms/kitchen space. The kitchens are very well supplied with anything you could need. The units have everything you might need for babies and small children, including pool/beach toys and lots of towels. Excellent location, about 5 min. from the beach and beach-adjacent restaurants and bars; 5 min. from 2 grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood, nice pool. Sandy is great to work with -- she responded very promptly when I had questions. Excellent host. We would absolutely book this property again and highly recommend it.

2nd Family Reunion

Home was fantastic for family gathering. 14 adults , two todlers and a baby. Spotless, great amenities for bathrooms, kitchens and a bonus of kid supplies. And all the beds were very comfortable. The pool area worked out perfectly, plenty of space to eat outdoors ( or indoors) and grill (3 grills!). Pool temp was 90°, the kids loved it. Sandy was great! Answered all communications quickly and was very easy to communicate with. The Fort Lauderdale by the Sea area was perfect for the variety of ages of our group from 9 months to 62years old. Beach, bars, shopping.

The Henderson / Urquhart Vacation

The property was really nice and clean! We (13) rented both sides for the week. The Kitchen had everything we needed. The kids and adults loved the waffle makers. We cooked in the kitchen as well as on the grilled. We celebrated one of the kid's birthdays with a family pool party. The beach was about a mile away which we enjoyed. The house is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach. Sandy was nice to speak with and made sure everything was perfect for us from beginning to end. We hated to leave but vacation can't last forever. My family looks forward to staying again!

Sandy was an excellent host. We were a group of 8 adults and had everything we needed for a great stay. The house was exactly as described. It was very clean, spacious, and the pool is fabulous and always stayed warmed. The beds were also comfortable - as were the pillows. I can't forget about the great location, either. It's a nice, quiet area and still just a quick 10 minute walk to the beach (or 20 if you're a taking in the sights like me). Sandy also communicated well before and during the trip, always quick to respond. My friends and I are already talking about renting the house again, and bringing the kids. There's so much to do for everyone. Truly a great experience!

Amazing large family rental

We were a large family with 10 adults and 6 kids. The house was very well equipped with everything you need from extra pillows to beach towels and chairs. Private backyard with a nice pool. The owner was very friendly and always willing to help I highly recommend this place, suitable for everyone Thank you Sandy :)
