Our Dolphin Beach House is steps away from Fort Lauderdale Beach ( 119 steps to be exact). Walk and be there in seconds. You will not find a better location of home in Fort Lauderdale other than here. Dolphin Isles is the most up scale beach front neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale. We have been super host since 2011 and we have over 140 five star reviews and our neighbors include the Anheuser Busch family and the Band-Aid brand family. Even though the beach is right around the corner you will not want to leave our outdoor pool and grill area. If you do decide to drive downtown our 6 person golf cart is available for rent if available. Sleeps 10 adults and 4 children under 13yrs.

We had a great time at this well loved home. We fit 13 of us on a girls trip, one had to sleep on the couch. The best part of this house is the outside/pool area. We had an issue with the pool heater, but Lance had the guys out right away and they replaced the heater. The house is in a great location, walk to the beach, restaurants, etc.

Excellent Trip: great location

This property was perfect for our group! the property owner was easily reached! The walk to the beach was short and easy, and the pool was a great size. Would highly recommend and hope to be back here next year!

Great house and pool near the beach!

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home with a well-sized, private pool for relaxing! The house was laid out well for our extended family of 6 couples with each couple having a bedroom. The location was excellent with the beach nearby and many shops and restaurants in walking or a short driving distance.

Great house near the beach!!

This was a wonderful house for a spring break vacation. Plenty of room, a great host and a beautiful home. Super close to the beach with lots of places to go. we highly recommend and hope to return again.

The listing is for a 6 bedroom home it’s a 5 bedroom you have to walk through a bedroom to get to a bedroom. Very close to a nice beach

Great place for a family get-together

This house was great for a group of people to get together and have fun. We loved the pool however we're a little disappointed that the hot tub was not a hot tub. A floor plan would be helpful to get a sense of how the rooms are laid out. The twin bedroom is right off the kitchen with another room beyond it. So, those two people better be friends...it worked for us, but it would be awkward with 2 strangers. The house is so close to the beach, the park and the water taxi. Buy your groceries and stay put! This platform d tub.

Fun girls weekend

We had a wonderful stay at the Dolphin Beach House. Plenty of room for 11. Close walking distance to the beach. Towels, beach chairs and umbrellas all supplied. The outdoor space was really nice. Heated pool and 2 W/Ds were a plus. Will absolutely return when visiting Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommend.

Great Team Bonding Location

The directors at my company stayed together for a team bonding/work trip and had a wonderful time. The outdoor space was amazing. The heated pool was so wonderful and we all spent so much time in there. The hot tub and pool are the same temperature and were not heated when we arrived. I recommend turning the heat up on the pool as soon as you arrive if it is cold so that it has time to warm up. This was also a great location and our group had lots of fun at the beach, restaurants, and shops

Perfect for casual practical

Great space for lots of kids with central air and a heated pool that was so much fun. May have to get creative with large groups for sleeping, but lots of options. Easy walk to the beach. Sandbar was a great place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner casual and oceans 2000 was a divine meal for a dressy occasion. No issues with critters or wildlife for us, which we appreciated.

Nice place for a group, but inaccurate listing

While the house did have 6 bedrooms, to get to one of them, you had to cut through another bedroom without any direct access from a common area or even outside the house. Also, the house has a hot tub listed as a popular amenity and when I contacted Lance about using it, he stated "there isn't a hot tub but there is a sauna at the home if you would like to use it." While we were not looking for a sauna, the listing clearly states hot tub.

Carmine, thank you so much for your four star review and for staying with us. Just want to nicely clarify a few false statements of your review for future guest. Yes we do have six bedrooms in our home, five of which are private adult bedrooms, and the sixth bedroom is a bunk bedroom suitable for single adults or children. As you can tell in the photos that is how we have it listed. As far as a hot tub being listed, we have never listed or advertised or marketed a hot tub at our home however, we do list we have a sauna and that our entire pool can heat up to hot tub temperature which is 104°. Most guest staying down here in South Florida don’t want the pool that hot. However, if you do request the pool to be 104° you can simply request and we can raise the temperature for you. You did request the temperature raised at 10 PM the night before your checkout date which anybody that owns a pool heater understands that is not enough time to properly heat the pool. Obviously when you’re heating up an entire body of water, it takes a bit of time to heat from 84° to 104°. We also list that we have a sauna on property which I understand some people get that confused as a hot tub. Again, no we do not have a hot tub or have we ever advertised a hot tub but we do advertise our sauna on the listing. Again, I’m sorry for the confusion and I hope to have you stay with us again in the future. Lance

Spring break laudy

Great experience at this house. Leo was very welcoming to me and my 14 friends all college students. We had a great time in laudy and enjoyed our times chilling out at the house. House was able to sleep all of us, and we found the grill very useful for cookin out while chilling out at the pool. Made a lot of great memories watching college basketball in the living room in our down time. Overall 10/10 experience. Great house. Sweet pool

Birthday Celebration

I planned a milestone birthday with 8 life long friends to celebrate in Ft. Lauderdale and choose Lance and Danielle property. The location of the house was perfect and big enough to accommodate all of us. The backyard, patio, and pool were beautiful. Mother Nature was not cooperative and we seen a record amount of rainfall during our stay. Lance and Danielle are very kind and caring and very responsive to any questions we may of had during our stay. Thank you for being such gracious and generous host Anthony
