Lake access chalet - walk to golf and lodge too!

Welcome to our all season mountain getaway! A charming chalet cottage that’s been updated and is fully stocked. We are a young family that rent this house as much as we use it and love to welcome others who want to enjoy the lake and nearby community! We are located in the popular Indian Lake on a golf course and walkable to Indian Lake Lodge. This property comes with lake access (seasonal, details below). Close to fall, winter, and spring activities and adventures as well.

The house has 3 indoor levels with outdoor spaces that include a deck with grill and fire pit, balcony, and lower deck. Indoor includes a full, fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All beds have clean, comfy bedding. All linens, towels, washcloths, soap and shampoo are included. First floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath and lower outdoor deck area. The master bedroom has 1 King bed and a walk in closet that can fit a pack-n-play or crib. The second bedroom on the first floor has a bunk bed that has a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. This room has a stackable washer/dryer. Second Floor has kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, gas oven/stove, living room with smart TV, fireplace, dining area, full bath, and two outdoor decks (front and back). The back deck has couch seating, firepit, grill, gas tiki torches, and a small table. Third floor is a loft with a full bed, nightstands, and chair. *1 twin bed cot is also available. There is a small area to sit next to the golf course. Parking for two cars is included. The stairs are steep inside but safe and carpeted. Wifi included.

Jennifer was wonderful with communicating from the get go and seemed to really care about what brought us to area- we had a few questions about things and would shoot her a message and she was fast to respond and help. The home was easy to find, just as described in the listing was fell furnished with needed items and was clean beds were comfortable and it was a greatfit for us with our kids The checkout process was easy and simple and didn’t require any extensive or crazy clean up

Great family weekend

We were staying for a family wedding at the Indian Lake Lodge. The chalet was a perfect location within an easy walk to the lodge and right along the golf course. The host made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful place, nice shady backyard on the golf course, excellent kitchen for cooking, close to lodge, great communication with host. And the best part was the fantastic collection of kids books that our daughter enjoyed!

Just what we needed!

We had a great 3 days at this charming little lake chalet! It was just what our family needed as we were visiting family close by. The beds were super cozy and the loft was our daughter’s favorite spot to read. We will rent again!

Annual Labor Day Golf Trip

We have been coming to Indian Lake for 25-years for our annual Labor Day Golf Trip. This house was ideal for the location and the size of our group. The house was very clean, numerous amentities were provided, and it was spacious. We definitely recommend this property.

Indian Lake trip

Overall good. Host was responsive and helpful. Property was clean. Don’t understand why we had to strip the beds. Porches and decks could use cleaning and re-staining. Plenty of hot water and heat. I’d stay again.

Wonderful!!!

Such a nice place. Very clean and well stocked. Pack and play fit great in the walk in closet in master bedroom, baby had a quiet place to sleep. Beds are very comfortable and linens and towels provided !! We really enjoyed the deck! Owner was very responsive to all my questions.

Weekend event at the lodge

NIce and clean, plenty of space and great location. On the golf course, and has a nice dock. We golfed and used the kayak. Easy to find and kitchen was well equipped. The stairs are very steep , so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility issues or the elderly. The main floor has a bathroom and a nice deck n fire pit. Nice outdoor comfortable furniture and grill. For us it worked out great. We had a wedding to attend at the lodge we drove to the dock it is all up hill in the way back and seemed easier to drive down.

Lake Vacation

We enjoyed our short stay at the Lake Access Chalet and would return again if we go back to the area. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies needed for preparing meals. We also enjoyed the use of kayak and stand-up paddle board. All equipment related to lake use was provided. (i.e. life vests, paddles, etc.)

Flight 93

Big bright windows facing a serene mountain top golf course. Nicely updated end unit with lots of space. Hosts had everything cleared, beds made, towels layed out, and plaebty of labeled light switches, remotes, and instructions on the fridge made navigating an unfamiliar home a breeze!

Pleasant Stay

We were in town for a wedding. Had a nice stay at this property. Owner was easy to communicate with and kind and helpful. The house was a lot darker than it looked in the pics online. I think an upgrade in light bulbs is a must. The stairs from main floor to bedrooms downstairs were VERY steep and there was no handrail. Elderly people (my mother in law was with us) will struggle with this. A handrail should be added. Other than that we had a nice time. The owner was great and for where we needed to go the location worked well.
