We had to book a place in Bella Vista for a wedding and Trails Crest was just perfect! The house itself had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable, the views looking out the windows were lovely, the location was perfect with a very quiet neighborhood. I wish we could have stayed longer. Also, Maria was super-fast in her response to any of my questions. If we come back, we definitely want to stay here again!

Wooded beauty

Wonderfully appointed family home. Nothing was lacking - plates and cups, bedding, throw blankets nothing was overlooked. The outdoor fire pit is beautiful as the outdoor deck.

Spacious home with great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Maria was fantastic to work with. Beds were very comfortable and house was well stocked. Location was really convenient to ride the back 40. I highly recommend this vrbo!

Annual golf trip

Several of my church members, and I go to Bella Vista, to play Golf a couple of times a year. We have stayed in several different locations, but this by far was top 10 as far as location in relationship to Golf courses. Perfect for relaxing. After 18 holes, overall accommodations were absolutely phenomenal.

Thanksgiving Bike week

This property is great. We loved the location and the surroundings are beautiful. It was one of the best stocked rentals we've ever used. Maria was very helpful and always quick to respond to any of our questions. I would rent this house again.

Comfortable for the whole Family

My family, including 4 elderly relatives over 75, stayed for University of Arkansas graduation weekend and it was perfect for us - clean comfortable, beutiful. We took advantage of grilling out which was easier for everyone then tryingn to book reservations for a group of 8. I would definately stay here again!

Amazing property!!

This property was so beautiful. It was clean and very well kept. The owner was amazing and so helpful before during and after our stay. Very responsive to any questions I had. The beds were extremely comfortable!!! The neighborhood was so peaceful and gorgeous. Amenities had everything we needed. I recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Quiet Getaway

This listing is the perfect home and get away. The communication with Maria was wonderful and she was so helpful. The home is impeccably clean and well stocked. And the icing on top is the incredible porch and fire pit areas tucked in the trees. I can not recommend her home enough! You will not want to leave!

Fantastic experience

This property was lovely! The house was perfect for our needs. Beautiful inside and outdoor spaces. We enjoyed the nearby mountain bike and walking trails. It was so quiet, but still close to the amenities of the city and biking that we were here for. The host was super easy to get a hold of for questions, and the property was stocked with all the “house” stuff we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

The perfect house for our family get together

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bella Vista at this property! The house was equipped with everything our two families needed. From the new appliances to the bathroom amenities to the pack n play for our baby niece…y’all thought of everything to make our stay perfect! Perfect for family

We booked Trail’s Crest for a week in Bella Vista for our wedding. The property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of privacy among 8 of us. Smart TVs in every room. The kids especially enjoyed the outside fit pit and patio. They made s’mores several nights. Couldn’t ask for better accommodations or hosts.

Beautiful!

This home is lovely both inside and out! The check in process was easy. The kitchen has lots of dishes, pots, and pans to use and also appliances as well (blender, mixer, coffee maker, microwave). It was nice having 3 bathrooms and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We liked having a TV in each room! The porch was lovely and so was the fire pit area.

Wonderful house!

This is one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed in! The house is up to date and tastefully decorated! Bedding is great as are the beds! The neighborhood is quiet and amidst beautiful woods and trails. We saw deer everywhere! If we ever need a place to stay in NW Arkansas, this will be our go to sanctuary! The owner was so friendly and very prompt in replying to my questions! Overall, this is an excellent listing!

Bike riding trip

Very clean house, fully stocked kitchen! The back yard was amazing. Great garage for bike stuff! The only complaint is when we arrived it was so hot in the house due to the thermostat being set to echo mode. We had to ask for access to the thermostat..it was a stuffy house and sleep. Other than that, I’d recommend this house!

Great place to say. Clean and perfect for riding. Love the kitchen, backyard and beanbag!! Thermostat- no matter what temp we set it at, it would always jump back up to 74 over night and that’s not comfortable! Asked if we could change that but nothing was resolved. The beds… new and clean but HARD!! Everyone had the same complaint about their bed. Overall a great, CLEAN house to stay at. .

Amazing

The house was absolutely beautiful. We came to the area from Texas to visit family and the house was everything that we could imagine. The back porch was perfect for drinking coffee and catching up with everyone. We especially liked the baby proofed corners on the coffee table, night lights, and wall plugs because I have a wild one year old grandchild. We made so many memories in the kitchen from cooking family dinners to having game night around the dining room table. This house was absolutely what our family needed. Thank you for sharing your house with house and for making our first time using Vrbo perfect. The grandkids are ready to come back.
