Decorated in original Vintage Mid Century furniture, Fox House Falls is a chance to experience the culture and natural beauty of downtown Ithaca in a private home made for relaxation. 2 minute drive or walkable to: restaurants, shops, Cornell, Ithaca Farmers Market, Cayuga Lake. No firearms of any kind allowed on premises.

Please keep food and beverages in rooms without carpets. Any cleaning costs due to stains to rugs or upholstery will be charged to guests.

Guests in the property after midnight will be charged the extra guest fee of $75/per person per night even if they are not ' sleeping' in the beds.

Great vibes…great stay!

my family really enjoyed our stay at this property! each room was very clean and the beds comfortable, being so close to ithaca falls was an incredible added bonus as well, and our host was communicative and helpful. would definitely recommend and stay again

Charming house in a great location

We had a great time in this well tended home. Terrific location across the street from Ithaca Falls trail and walking distance from Cornell campus. A few cobwebs on the front porch, but inside was very clean. Cadence, our host, communicated very clearly and helpfully before our arrival.

Fraudulent listing

This house does not have 3 bedrooms. It has 2. Host claims a room right by the front hall and a walkthrough to the kitchen without any doors becomes a bedroom because she put a futon in it. Bathroom sink clogged, malfunctioning smoke alarm, outlet missing cover plate. I had to pay for a hotel room for one of my guests as 3 bedrooms were needed. Apparently I have no recourse.
