Quiet, convenient, and green! You will enjoy your stay here at the Deyo House in central Hudson Valley. Located just 15-30 minutes away from New Paltz, Stone Ridge, Kingston, Woodstock, Rhinebeck, and Poughkeepsie and 1.5-2 hours away from NYC. This location is perfect for a getaway and close to hiking trails, museums/art galleries, antique stores, shopping districts, and farms. Don't miss out on all the nature, food, and culture the Hudson Valley has to offer!

Come and relax in this 1,100 square feet 3 bed 2 bath private single family home that boasts a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom.

Cook in the personally designed kitchen that comes with basic supplies and new appliances (stove, refrigerator/freezer, and a dishwasher). Shop at the local farmer's market and farm stands then gather your friends and family around the large island to make a memorable meal.

Unwind in the newly renovated restroom that features a dual head shower. Please note that there are no bathtubs.

The small room features a full/double size bed. The medium room features a queen size bed and a work station. The large room features a king sized bed with a full restroom and a scenic view of the back yard.

For those that need to work from home, you can enjoy a full 200mpbs internet speed to keep you connected.

There is also a patio with a grill, outdoor furniture, deck, and fire pit for guests to enjoy! The house has a basement but access is restricted.

The hamlet of Tillson is quaint, central, and friendly. Listen to the sounds of nature while still being a short driving distance away from everything you need. The property is not secluded in the woods and neighbors are friendly and welcoming. It is within an hour drive to Minnewaska State Park, Mohonk Preserve, Hudson River, Catskills, Belleayre Mountain, and various wilderness and forests.

Alex, our host, was wonderful being attentive and polite. He asked how he could make our stay go well. It was comforting. The house was clean (excepted bathroom trash was not removed before we arrived) and had everything we needed. There was a little snag with the way the property came up with my search but Alex accommodated us (thank you so much)!

Lovely House and Area

I am a frequent visitor to the New Paltz and this house was really perfect. A short drive to central new paltz, you are also close to rosendale trestle, ollies pizza, and hiking. The house is neat and laid out well with all the amenities. It is near many cute houses with farms and chickens (and peacocks). The bathroom and kitchen are newly renovated. The deck and other areas appear that they will be renovated (you cannot use the deck now). Very nice place to stay.
