Perfect place near to downtown Charlotte.

There were my wife and I plus a friend. Having 2 bedrooms with 2 baths and a kitchen was perfect. Place was well maintained and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The duplex was very clean and so beautifully decorated. The location was great too, surrounded by plenty of things to do and the host even reached out with suggestions. I'll definitely be adding it to my favorites for any future visits to Charlotte

Great option for a weekend!

Stayed here for a long weekend to attend the NHRA event at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The place was clean and we had plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was also in a great location. Quick drive or Uber ride into the city for meals and easy drive to the racetrack. Owner was nice and communicated with us throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and well located

My husband and I stayed here for a quick trip to Charlotte with my in laws. The house was clean and cute in a convenient location. We would have liked a few more kitchen items like a cutting board and sponges for washing dishes, and the beds were a little bit hard, but overall it was a good stay.

Perfect Home and Location

We just spent the weekend at this home. We were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect and the home was beautiful. It was a great size for four people with good size bedrooms and updated bathrooms and kitchen. The home was beautifully decorated. Fran was wonderful to work with and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this property!

Great spot!

We came to stay with our 2 little kids and we were please with how clean and spacious this duplex was. Appliances, doors and windows, furniture and technology were all as advertised. The host was wonderful.We were going to walk to uptown but were stopped by a police officer who warned us that the route isn't especially safe, so we took the bus instead.
