Bright and beautifully-outfitted, this quaint bungalow is complete with a comfortable living room with a sectional and flatscreen TV, a well-equipped kitchen with charming details and all the necessary appliances, and two comfortable bedrooms.

Wonderful place

Such a great place! We stayed a week this month and my husband is going back in June. It has everything you need and the managers were great!

Slum in Naples Florida. The local host, Vacasa, was not responsive or timely in responding. The local manager was rude and condescending. VRBO misleads travelers by saying “we’ve got you covered”, but really did nothing to help us. This unit is run down. Necessary and pictured items are missing. The furniture is uncomfortable. The screen door to back porch is broken.We itemized 23 different problems with this rental. We asked for a refund and to find a different location but only got the shaft. We actually left early ending our vacation 6 days earlier than planned because of the horrible condition of this unit. Vacationers should not rent this unit. Both VRBO and local host Vacasa let us down.

Cute little duplex. Close to downtown Naples. Enjoyed the outdoor space it offered. Also loved having a washer and dryer

Nice place

The home is in a nice area. We enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood. The property management was quick to respond to our needs and checking in. The bed wasn’t the very comfortable, it was hard to rest on it. The couch was very uncomfortable to me, it needs repairs or replacement. Loved the screened in porch and fenced yard. The property management was super nice!!!

Stay at sunnyside

Overall we had a pleasant visit. There was no dishwasher which I overlooked when booking. We liked staying where there was two bedrooms. We stayed in the room with the king sized bed. The only issue we had with the mattress and pillows. It was very uncomfortable. We woke up with sore back and neck. The bed was lumpy and hard. The pillows were hard. Both should be replaced.

Nice place, but…

Very clean, except for the pet hairs (to be expected in a pet-friendly rental). Great neighborhood. Quiet, great place to walk, friendly neighbors, very safe. I would have liked better communication about what was provided. I’ve stayed at multiple VRBO houses and have always been pleased. This was bare bones - no coffee or tea provided for when guests get in too late to go grocery shopping. This would be good to know prior to arrival. “Yes, there’s a Keurig, but bring some coffee.” There was no dishwasher, which is fine, but the water was not hot enough to adequately clean the dishwear. No instructions regarding how to lock the residence using the keypad. On the whole, however, it was a pleasant place to stay.
