Enjoy this modern very clean, two bedroom apartment perfect for a comfortable stay!
We pride ourselves in providing a relaxing 'home away from home' experience with quality bedding, thoroughly detailed cleanings and sanitization.

Your stay will include a FULL kitchen, IN-UNIT washer & dryer and a FREE parking spot. Not to mention the balcony with an absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains.

This apartment offers many amenities and is perfect for those who want to come home and relax in peace for the perfect home away from home experience.

We offer:
Free WiFi, Towels, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, lotion, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, dish washer detergent and paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels), Lint roller, ironing board. Bathrooms have bathmats and hair dryer in master.

Comfortable and quiet

The unit was well outfitted and met our needs. It was surprisingly quiet and homey. Emily, the agent was friendly and accessible, answering questions quickly and efficiently. We spent 20 days and had an excellent experience.

so beautiful!

This was such an amazing stay my host had everything I needed. This apartment has everything above and beyond. Such a beautiful view from the balcony and I love to the green aesthetic in the home.

Roomy and comfortable

Emily is a great host. She is responsive, flexible and thought of all the little extras as if you were at home, including for the kitchen, bathrooms, and general living. The apartment is quiet, roomy and has split bedrooms with a bathroom for each. The walk in closets and laundry room are big and open. The apartment is decorated super cute too which also makes it feel like home. The balcony is nice and we got to watch fireworks all across the valley from the balcony. The covered and assigned parking is a plus and near the entrance to the elevator. The gym is awesome, my husband and son both raved about it. Would highly recommend!

Roomy, clean, and comfortable.

Very clean and well kept. Great space with plenty of room. Only issue is the living room lounge seating is not very comfortable. Otherwise it's a great space!

Construction was not disclosed

The only downside to our stay was the construction happening right outside our unit which was not disclosed. The picture in the listing from the balcony showed the mountains and not any of the construction happening right in front of us. This made the balcony unusable because of all of the dust and the noise woke us up early in the morning. Besides that, the apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Also, just a warning if you are picky about beds: the beds were comfortable, but very firm. The only other suggestion would be to add items for the pool since this is an amenity: pool towels and toys/floaties.

New Apartment with great amenities.

Stayed for four days and loved the location in the south Salt Lake Valley. Incredibly easy access to I-15 with plenty of restaurants, local attractions, and shopping nearby. It was great to have access to the outdoor pool and gym as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Central location

During our stay we were going back and forth between Provo, South Jordan, Salt Lake City and Midway. The location was centrally located, very clean, easy access and just as described! At first, when we sat down on the bed, I was discouraged at how firm the mattress was but it was a very restful sleep and the bed was very comfortable! The living room furniture, however, is not super comfy but we were rarely there so that was not a problem. Very, very clean! It smelled fresh, was inviting and overall a great stay! I would definitely stay there again!! Favorite part…each bedroom had its own bathroom!!
