Parking is plentiful and a carport is available on the property. You will enjoy your stay at this home offering the beauty and wildlife of the Hills along with the convenience of being minutes away from Hill City. Rules: Must be 21 to book, no pets, no parties, 2 night minimum booking.

Lovely place to stay. We had a group of ten with ages of 4 to 62. This home accomodated all of us with space to spread out. The kids were even able to watch some deer! The place was very clean as well close to various Black Hills attractions.

Cozy Stay

Upon arriving Candace made everything easy and keep good communication. The property is very cozy and family friendly. Candace has a book with everything you need to know about the property, attractions, food places and grocery store. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Candace!

Convenient Location

We spent a lot of time on the backyard patio, very peaceful back there. It was conveniently located to all of the attractions that we went to during our stay.

Family reunion

We were surprised by how big the cabin was on the inside vs. what it looks like from the outside. The kids loved all the bunk bed options. The cabin is well stocked. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio for our meals together. This cabin is very cute, comfortable, and has great access to all the attractions.

Annual Family Black Hills Adventure

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was well furnished and in a great location close to many activities. The Host was very responsive. Definitely a place we would consider returning to.

Great stay at such a wonderful location centrally located to all of the gorgeous attractions of the Black Hills. Main street of Hills City was in walking distance, yet we had privacy just outside of the city in this cozy cabin called the Red Roost! The cabin was adorable in how it was decorated. It was extremely clean. We had plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms between the 4 of us. We couldn't have asked for anything more than what was already waiting for us when we got there. It was completely stocked!! Communication with our host Candace was perfect! Highly recommend stay!

A great getaway for the weekend

Our stay was very enjoyable we were at the center for all of our traveling and site seeing needs!! If we forgot something at home no worries because it was there!! The host was so friendly and helpful when we were in contact! Our family enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you for letting us stay at your home for the weekend!! I loved the rustic features of the home it was very unique in its own way!! If we had more people there was more than enough space for us all and then some! Thank you for the hospitality!!

Amazing Home

The photos do not do this house justice! It is an absolutely beautiful home with lots of space. We had 14 people in our group and we had room to spare! Great location!!!!! House was stocked with everything we needed! Patio area provided lots of room for our coolers and for us to sit and relax! Host was perfect! Any questions she answered right away and gave great recommendations when we asked! We will stay again!!!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The Red Roost has plentiful space inside & out with 4 bedrooms. The king size bed and large bathroom is a nice suite. The cabin is ideal for the travelor who needs the convenience's of home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, utensils and lets not forget how important coffee, tea, hot chocolate and spices are :) It's all there to keep you feeling cozy and taken care of. There is a grocery store less than 3 minutes away and the charming town of Hill City just waiting for you to explore. There is ample free parking. This cabin is ideal for a short visit or a long stay!
