On 3509 sqft the house offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. One of the many highlights is, among others a private fitness room with water and palm tree views for your daily workout.

The outdoor area with view on the canal is your personal luxury oasis. Two waterfalls by the pool, a swim-up bar, tiki hut, whirlpool & numerous palm trees and plants conjure up a tropical feeling in the garden. The pool / hot tub is electrically heated. The villa has a professional insect spray system around the terrace.

On the covered pool deck you can use the BBQ grill and enjoy a delicious dinner at the dining table.

The villa has 2 floors. Also from the balcony with a cosy fireplace you can enjoy the fantastic sunsets of Florida.

The living area is bright and offers a lot of space for each guest. Through the sliding doors you get directly to the pool area. The kitchen offers stainless steel electrical appliances, a walk-in pantry and a breakfast bar.

The ground level master suite is equipped with a king-size bed, sofa, TV, walk-in closet and door to the terrace. The master bathroom offers a walk-in shower, large bathtub, two washstands and toilet room.

The other bedrooms are on the 1st floor. The junior suite with its own bathroom also has a king-size bed, the 3. bedroom (kingsize bed) and 4. bedroom (queensize bed) share a bathroom.

By the canal in the backyard you'll find your private boat dock. Here you can watch dolphins, manatees, fish or boats. By boat you reach the Caloosahatchee River in just a fewu minutes and are in the fast driving zone to explore the Florida waters and the white sand beaches. Cape Coral Downtown and Fort Myers with a variety of restaurants, bars and shopping are only a few minutes away by car.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
