Elevators were broken. TVs didn’t work. Outlets in rooms didn’t work. I had to message twice for our instructions to check in. Didn’t get them until we were driving into gulf shores. Would’ve been nice to have those ahead of time as we had a two day drive there and then didn’t have necessary items we needed to provide like toilet paper. Mind blown. Would never stay here again.

Melissa — thank you for taking the time to share this. I’m very sorry your stay at Crystal Shores 702 fell short of expectations and that you arrived without needed information or supplies. That’s not the experience we aim to provide. I’ve flagged your reservation for immediate review and escalated it to our operations team and the owner. Actions we are taking: - Coordinate with building management to confirm elevator status and schedule any required repairs or service. - Dispatch maintenance to troubleshoot and repair the TVs and the non-working outlets, and replace any faulty equipment or wiring as needed. - Review and improve our check-in communication so instructions are sent well before arrival (we’ll audit the reservation notices and messaging workflow). - Verify our unit stocking process to ensure starter supplies (toilet paper and essentials) are provided and housekeeping checks are completed before arrival. - Review the stay for appropriate compensation and will handle that through your Vrbo message thread. Please send any photos, timestamps, or additional details through your Vrbo thread so we can document everything and expedite the investigation. Again, I’m sorry this affected your visit and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.

5 star property for 2 couples!

This was a great property for 2 couples. We loved having 2 king beds and they were comfortable. The kitchen was small but was stocked well. Living area had nice comfortable furniture for lounging. We utilized the gym and grills on property during our stay which was great! We would definitely book again!
