The rental provided the perfect amount of space for us when we were all together for dinner or a movie and when some wanted to quietly read or work. The views from the room and balconies were great and we loved being steps from the beach. It was unfortunate the swim up and snack bar is now closed.

Family vacation gathering

Great property and location to the beach. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The beach was beautiful. Had a small problem with the keys but was resolved quickly by property manager. Property could use a little better signage indicating elevators and beach access. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

The unit exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well furnished and stocked with beautiful views. The only suggestion I have is have the elevators marked & signs directing you to then. We were one of three groups trying to find which doors led to elevators. Overall, a great condo and experience. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Thanks to all involved!

Problems: parking space numbering is bizarre. Needing your key to "leave" the building is silly. Having no staff 'on site' is a problem, as we NEVER were told about why the evacuation happened. Gym has no water, towels, clock and a "9-1-1" phone that does not exist.

Spacious and beautiful, but appliances not working and frozen door locks

The property is beautiful and very spacious. It was clean and ready to go…once we were able to get in. When we arrived, we could not get in. We thought we were given the wrong keys. It took about 90 minutes for maintenance to arrive and let us in. It was cold and we had children that were tired after an 8 hour car ride. They were kind and informed us that the locks were swollen and wd40 would help. It did. The refrigerator and freezer did not work but there were smaller refrigerators that we used while we were there. The place was beautiful, clean, and overall we had a great time with a beautiful view.

Paradise review

Nice condo with great furnishings; cleaning company not so good, we had to clean off the balconies, some of the furniture was broken; waited a day for ice maker; ice maker in the kitchen not working? Ice is a must! stereo in condo not working? The pool for our place was closed, so there was 1 pool filled with kids and because the other pool was closed, the adult swim bar pool had kids which should never be permitted. The hot tub hasn't worked since covid which was 2 years ago, so why have it advertised if not available. Definetely improvements needs to be made for the cost that is expected.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the condo and its location. The condo was HUGE! It could have been cleaner. The floors were dirty. (Our feet were black on bottom) after our shower. There were lots and lots of spiders by the living room deck... inside and out. It really needs to be sprayed. The decks were covered with spider webs and dirt. When I complained they said they had just cleaned it. We enjoyed our time there but probably won’t return and will rent a house with a pool nearby for the price that they are asking for next year. I would not return only due to the price. It is $5000 more Than last year.

My only criticism is that the unit was not clean on our arrival with dirt on many areas of carpet, hair in the tub and sink in one of the bathrooms, and for the price we paid having the alottment of only one roll of toilet paper and no paper towels seems rediculous.

We wanted somewhere that was close to the beach, but not too crowded. We also wanted to be close enough to activities if we did want to go out. This unit was exactly what we needed. The decor is too cute and there are two restaurants within walking distance. The first night we went for Mexican at Jose Tequilas. Then the second night we had delicious seafood dinners and got to listen to live music at the Baja. The unit was beautifully upkept, and the management company was so great to work with. We definitely recommend and will be planning more trips in the future!

Disappointing stay

The property was lovely and view outstanding. The check-in process was challenging because we had a hard time locating the realtor's office and the property was so big it was hard to navigate at first. We were on the fourth floor with an elevator nearby but couldn't find any luggage racks so had to make several trips up and down. My husband is disabled so I, the wife, had to make all of the trips. The biggest issue was that there was roof work being done the whole week. After three days of pounding and drilling we couldn't stand the noise anymore so left two days early. The realtor said they would be in touch to see what they could do for us but we have heard nothing.
