The Space:
This one of only 6, true 1 BR / one bath condos at Village of South Walton offers 60% more space than the common studios. The living area has a new daybed with a trundle, both having twin mattresses. The property sleeps 4 comfortably with the added privacy of a separate BR. The kitchen is equipped with full size refrigerator,dishwasher, 6 in 1 microwave, hot plate, Keurig coffee maker,and pots and pans. The living room and bedroom have two LARGE smart TVs, 65" & 55". These things, along with the newly renovated bathroom, provide everything you need in a comfortable, spacious, and classy space!

Guest Access:
The property has keyless entry. Your personal door code will be provided to you at the time of booking.

The Neighborhood:
Take the free shuttle down to the beach (in season) and spend your days in the sand. Soak up the sun while you wade in the warm, salty water of the Gulf of Mexico. When you are not at the beach, enjoy going for a swim in the two community pools (wade pool for the kids or reading a book) heated pool and large hot tub. Village of South Walton is within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants and exciting shopping boutiques. Spend the afternoon shopping on Scenic 30A before dining on deliciously fresh seafood at one of the many incredible restaurants lining the beach.There are also 2 grills located at the pool if you decide on a relaxing meal onsite!

Getting Around:
Within walking distance, the town center of Seacrest and the town of Rosemary offers many excellent restaurant and shopping options. From fine dining to a casual meal, there is something for everyone! A short bike ride away, Alys Beach also offers superb dining and shopping to enjoy.

Other Things to Note:
MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT! NO exceptions.
NO smoking or vaping allowed in the property.
Bath towels are provided but not beach towels.

We spent four wonderful days over Christmas in this beautiful studio, and it was the perfect introduction to Rosemary Beach. The area is absolutely charming and was a festive, lovely place to spend the holidays as a family.The studio itself was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. We were impressed by the high-end amenities, including two huge TVs and a kitchen that actually allowed us to cook, thanks to the nice-sized fridge, convection oven, and plenty of utensils.The location couldn't be better. It’s a very short five-minute walk to the beach (my favorite morning ritual!), as well as local shops, restaurants, and the grocer. Tom and Monica were fantastic hosts—their communication was proactive and clear, from check-in details to quickly answering our questions during our stay. We highly recommend this spot!

The property was ideal for our family of 3, but can easily sleep 4. The overall value was great! Parking was no problem, and the location was perfect for walking to Rosemary Beach or driving to a nice restaurant for dinner. The hosts were very receptive and promptly replied to our questions. We got a little lost trying to find the building, but they immediately responded to my text message and were happy to help with a quick phone call. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Short Enjoyable Stay

We only stayed one night but everything was as advertised in the listing. Great central location where you can walk/bike to everywhere. Also directly next to a small pool.

Wonderful Stay!

We recently stayed at this condo during our summer vacation, and everything was as advertised. The accommodations were perfect and everything we needed for our weeklong stay in Seacrest/Rosemary beach area.The condo had a nice living room, a full bedroom with a very comfortable memory foam bed, and convenient kitchen area to make snacks when sitting out at the beach or pool.The condo area had two resort-style pools, shops, restaurants, and even live music every night by a different performer each night which added a nice touch.Beach access was super convenient that we just walked to, but they have shuttle access in case you don’t want to walk the short 5 minute walk.We also rented bicycles while we were there and enjoyed taking rides down to other beaches as well.Hosts were also very helpful, anticipated our needs, and communicated everything we needed to know.All in all, we had a fantastic experience and would stay here again in a second whenever we come back.10/10 must rent!

We had a fantastic time here and the place was exactly as described. Neat and clean, nicely decorated, and a super convenient location. We walked to Rosemary Beach center for dinner, had shops and places to eat on property, and the grandkids who stayed on site had the cool pool area to enjoy. Tom and Monica was super fast and responsive at every step with pre-booking answers and prompt with check-in and check-out instructions. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for beach stay!

This was the perfect little condo for our family of 4 to stay. The kids loved the trundle couch/bed and we loved the true bedroom with king bed. There are a couple beach chairs, umbrella, etc to use for the beach. The location is great and close to everything in Seacrest and Rosemary!

Easy location

Communication from the owner/manager is quick and helpful, willing to answer questions. Location is very next door to shopping, dining, bike rentals, and ice. Its is also a short walk or shuttle ride to the beach. Rosemary is next door. Highly recommend for a clean, cute, and convenient location for a couple of guests.

Amazing location and cute unit!

My husband and I recently stayed here for our babymoon, and we had a great time! The location was so walkable, and it was exactly as pictured online! We would definitely rent again when we come back to Rosemary!
