The adjoining dining area is convenient to both the living room and the kitchen and is a wonderful place to relax over a family meal or jigsaw puzzle you can work on together.

Just steps away, the small yet delightful kitchen offers a combination of old-fashioned charm and modern convenience, with distressed cabinets with pressed tin fronts, a tile backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. This handy kitchen is well supplied with all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you’ll need to prepare your favorite Mexican dishes (or heat up leftovers from one of the many culinary delights the area has to offer).

Las Brisas 31’s primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and private access to the outdoor patio, where you’ll find a gas grill and a dining table and chairs. The primary bathroom features an extra-wide, well-lit vanity with colorful Talavera tile backsplash.

The second bedroom features a queen-size bed. Bedroom three is perfect for the kids with its pair of twin-size beds.

The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all needed items. We LOVED the walkable location to the plaza and all the restaurants. Check-in was very easy. We enjoyed the fireplace and all the furnishings were very nice.

This property was within walking distance of the plaza and had such character!! We loved the artwork and architecture. We appreciated being encouraged to use the fireplace, and we felt completely safe. Also loved the toiletries that were provided. They smelled great!

Great place to stay with family. Good amount of space for 5 people. Comfortable and colorful. Centrally located and easy walking distance to the square. Close to main highways. We will stay there again!

Great condo close to town

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. The cond is in a great location, close enough to the plaza to walk. Parking in front of the condo would be a little tricky with two cars, we had one van and parallel prked it, which worked well. The fireplace made for a cozy thanksgiving visit.

Lovely spot in Santa Fe

This townhome was perfectly situated in Santa Fe for a special trip with my Dad and my brother. Convenient to shops, restaurants and shopping on the Plaza plus Canyon Road galleries and shops. We had everything we needed, all of the beds were so comfortable, and it was great to have access to everything within walking distance. We loved it! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Good place, good location!

This property was a good fit for my family (6 people), and the location was great as well: within easy walking distance of the Plaza and shopping, but far enough away that it didn't feel like "downtown." Only item I would call out is that parking in front of the unit was tight for two larger vehicles. Otherwise, it was a fantastic fit for us.

It was really nice but we went out to dinner the first night and when we came back the door was jammed. The deadbolt opened but the door handle wouldn’t. We called after hours and the guy came over. He couldn’t open it right away and went back and got a tool and was then able to open it. This took about a 1/:2 hour. We were tired and cold. There was no explanation as to why it wouldn’t open
